I don't have much of an education, you see. Since me mum's been so ill I've been working so much that I've no time for schoolin'. I can read a little, but I can't write for nothin' and can't do math or anything.

It's awful pretty up there, though.

I had some free time, so I wandered out of town for a bit, yeah? W-well at some point, I'd gotten meself lost and I'd gone and tripped through a briar patch so me face was all roughed up. I was plum terrified, right, but outta nowhere comes this 'mon, who sees me and helps me out, gives me this.. uh.. bandaid. I'd never seen this thing over in town, so I was a little confused, but they said it'd help me face heal over, so I went with it.

Was awful suspicious, it was. No one in town knew what it was, and neither did I, till your pretty little self came along and told me. But it felt.. real weird goin' out of town. Like I'd stepped into a different time or somethin', y'know?

((Sorry this took so long, as you can see I hinted at the plot line a bit with my own character (Gray serpent, large fang, hat?). Anyway, time to set up the long list of cameos… Here they are: Taoth, Alexander, Gilly, and Nolan, Virus, Kris and Cannelle, Grohl and Weather, Chrono, Ruby, Jules, Pilverd, Haunter, Cameran, Toothless, most of the Royal Family, Vivillon Plains, Luke, Maya, and Aseer. Anyway, coming up next on this blog will be some plot, because it can’t all just be events, right?))

Where'd all that hard work on Pa's farm when we still had it go? Or the work in the mills? Anything?

Sis is gonna be so mad at me runnin' off like that and not even winning.. so will Mum.. and they'll be mighty disappointed.. I reckon they won't let me out of sight for the rest of me life, they won't!.. Went to a fancy Queen's games and what do I have to show for it? Nothin'! Not a mite!

Figures, I s'pose.. Nothin' ever goes right, does it?

Luke wasn't very good at handling the presence of Pokemon much larger than himself, and that Garchomp was looking mighty scary..

The whistle blew, and soon the small Electric-type was off.

He was doing just fine, just behind that Garchomp he'd seen earlier, about to advance past him when-

Now, being a tough-it-out sort of farm boy, he ignored it for the most part, but the pain was enough to keep him from advancing. By the time he placed fifth, he was feeling the effects of the poison greatly, and did not hesitate to scarf down a Pecha berry or six.

The Footrace

*David had overcome two races already, succeeding among the toughest of foes. He had gotten cocky because of this, and thought he had the running race down. He came up with a strategy to utilize both his Fury Swipes attack and his hidden ability. By digging his paws into the ground, he was boosted with each bound. He was not, however, ready for the twist this race had with it.*

*He was able to keep this strategy going for quite a while, catching up to Chrono in a matter of minutes. This is when Brutus spotted both of them, and decided to make his move on the unaware Aipom first*

*David groaned as he got up. He felt sick to his stomach, his muscles aching as he struggled to lift his body. With each step the poisoning failed to fade, and only got worse for him as he grew weaker. He was forced to walk in order to stay up*

*David felt the poisoning getting worse, and combining with the exercise, he had suddenly felt very queasy. He felt an all too familiar feeling rushed to his throat as he stopped suddenly*

*He had only 10 meters between him and the finish line, and was too weak to stand at this point. He crawled the rest of the way. As he crossed the finish line, he immediately looked at the plate of Pecha Berries, scarfing down each as he felt the sweet relief*

((This was a longer post than I had anticipated, but I had to make sure I got every detail pointed out. Also, it was actually a coincidence that David and Chrono got the same hitman when I had made Chrono have a cameo. Speaking of cameos, we have Namine, Luke, Chrono, Grohl, Virus, Sean, and Aseer. Can’t wait to tag this.))
