Ellis, exhausted from the sprinting he and Nick did to get to this safehouse, flops down next to the older man. He takes off his hat, wiping sweat off his forehead, and slightly leans his head against Nick's shoulder, closing his eyes and panting. | bc all I could think of was tired Ellis but not like sleepy tired, more like "just did some running" tired??? X'D |

Nick heaves a heavy sigh before running both hands over his face and farther up to slick his hair back into place.

Without moving, Nick glances over at Ellis. A small smile comes to the conman’s lips as he watches Ellis lean up against him and catch his breath.

“I am not the young man I used to be, let me tell you that,” he quips, a hint of complaint in his words under the mostly joking tone.
