pulled out my 10 year old mechanical keyboard in hopes that it will help me lock in to write a paper due tonight that i have barely started, but i am now realizing how annoying they are to use with long nails

#i'm also trying to figure out if the led lights still work on it because that was the main reason i thought it would help motivation lol #idk i feel like my hands are positioned weird on my laptop so i wanted a change #using this makes me miss my old pc set up. 11 year old fiona was really on to something with that #tbh though i am getting used to using this keyboard again and its not too annoying

i really feel like more designers need to be aware of things like responsible design (not the exact proper term for it but i can't remember off the top of my head lol)

in a critique for a motion design class, i suggested that someone add a flash warning, and hers had much less than the xikers promo. i'm really wondering how it got through approval tbh

#i know that because i am someone with different issues i am more likely to think about these things #but this is why as designers we need to study these things and think about the user experience #i love the themeing for the xikers promo but i feel on edge because i don't know if i should expect flashes now

#funnily enough i always knew that i would be a lifeguard but didn't want to and wanted to teach lessons instead #so i started as a swim lesson teacher but switched to lifeguarding and now i don't really want to go back to lessons lol #shout out to junghoon hiding in the ball pit away from all the children #and jinsik trying to be friends with the kid that keeps ignoring him #i don't normally like the babysitting episodes of variety shows. but i do like the xikers one #i really need to watch more tricky house
