I figured out the reason why I was never hungry because my metabolism slowed and now that I took two metabolism days and now once I got back to restricting normally I'm hungry as shit, I thought I was just special and got used to starving, but now I have to feel hungry like everyone else T_T
When the FUCK will my metabolism day end. I hate eating it's so boring, I just wanna go back to eating 100-1000 cals once it ends, I honestly don't get how people eat three meals a day

Taking a metabolism day cause it slowed down from me only having 100-1300 cals. It's weird eating normally again. It feels like so much for one person.

can someone please explain what a metabolism day is and if they really work?
Eating normally for a day, since the metabolism can naturally slow down as a way to preserve energy, having a few cheat days can really help and maybe boost ^^
I occasionally have them, maybe two-three times a month. Sometimes I feel bad about them, but I try to remind myself it's for the better and I can get even skinner that way ^^!!
Canāt wait till Iām skinny enough to wear outfits like these!
Let me put you all on pigly.com, it's a weight loss calculator AND it tells you how many cals your gonna need to eat a day to maintain your current weight and goal weight!
It's helped me a lot because my biggest fear is not knowing how much I need to eat to maintain my goal weights, but now I know!
you just plug in some current stats, your goal weight, and when you want to reach it. The website will tell you what you'd need to eat to get there! no warnings or blocks if you would need to eat less than 1,000 cals.

Personally. I Googled healthy weight for my height. then subtracted ten or more pounds. I can't really remember how many. But I'm guessing eleven to thirteen?
