My cat cuddles with me as I fall asleep. She has a routine, starting on my chest and ending on my side.

Is this love? Perhaps I am simply warm, or maybe I am simply a source of safety in the ever-common night.

My cat inhabits through my mind as I try to find peace. She lies lifeless on a cold floor as I anguish next to her.
