i know i said i wasn’t gonna be talking about the dream situation on here, and i’m still not (at least to the extent other people are rn), but i feel like i should make it clear that i think all of this is absolutely disgusting and i don’t support any part of what he did. whatever the outcome is, i’m not gonna be posting about him or the dteam anymore. i’m not gonna delete old content off my blog or anything bc there’s simply way too much of it as i’ve been here for over two years, but i’m gonna steer the contents of my blog towards my other interests and hyperfixations. i might occasionally post about other ccs (like crimeboys for example), but when i come back it’ll mostly be my other interests.

i can’t really completely leave this fandom, at least so suddenly, but i can’t continue like everything is normal either. i’ll be back soon, but i hope all of you take care <3

btw if any of my followers/mutuals were wondering i’m not really gonna be talking about The Situation on my blog. i haven’t been active on here recently anyways and that’s probably not gonna change for a little bit while i take a step back from all of this, just to let you all know

a proposition for you all who still have yet to participate in the minecraft mob vote… the sniffer is clearly the most popular option of the three, with #sniffersweep trending on twitter, and for every 10 or 15 sniffer votes i’ve seen there’s been like 1 for either of the other two options. the sniffer’s spot is all but secured for the finals, and i will be shocked if it doesn’t win that as well. so my proposition is: vote rascal to help eliminate the tuff golem from being voted into the finals. the rascal and tuff golem seem pretty neck in neck in terms of the votes they’re receiving and voting for the sniffer is only contributing to what is pretty much an already guaranteed win for it. the voting always gets much more intense when it’s narrowed down to two and there’s plenty of gamerbros out there who don’t gaf about getting a cute mob that would bring more plant life to the game. so why not make their only other option a fun mob that plays hide and seek in caves and gives you gifts? eliminate the chance or mojang being able to add another golem to the game. vote rascal today :)

dsmp panel only had room for 400 people

hundreds of people were in line for hours, that could have led to a possible crowd crush

disabled people not having proper accessibility being pushed and shoved by people trying to cut in line

someone wearing an inappropiate softcore dnf porn shirt publically showing it to the ccs

someone stealing georges water bottle

rumors of people drinks being spiked

sykkuno being kicked out by security for being mobbed

security just straight up Not being there when dream was leaving

fans camping outside of ccs hotels and stalking them

meet and greet lines only allowing 100 people

staff removing people from karl, george, and sapnap's meet up lines and forcing them to go to the meet up lines for smaller ccs

12. aimsey and crumbs preferred pronouns werent put on the screen and anyone who tried to correct twitch was timed out

the psychological torture of waking up

It always upsets me so much when I see interpretations/illustrations of the two headed calf poem that show a living calf being torn away from its mother and killed to sell to a museum and framing the poem as being "humanity kills beautiful things for being different".

Two headed cows almost never survive more than a few hours after their birth. The farmer finds the *body* the next day. The calf was destined to die, and that's a tragedy, but for the time it was alive, it had a beautiful and unique experience.

It's not a poem about the cruelty of man. It's a poem about the beauty of life in an indifferent universe. It's about purpose and beauty being able to exist even in an existence doomed to come to an end, as all our lives are. It's not a poem about how a calf dies, but how, even for only a brief moment, it was alive.

And, for that moment, because of that life, however fleeting, the sky had twice as many stars.
