I live in the environment where is being queer person is considered illegal. Existing as a trans or nonbinary person is literally considered as “extremist crime”.

Every day of my life I struggle, having no real safety even inside my own house, surrounded by my transphobic family, forced to hide important part of myself so I AM NOT fucking with people who have an AUDACITY to call my feelings wrong and make “responses” with their offensive drawings, misgendering me and complaining about how “sad” they are, because I love Viima and see my own story resembled in him. Juma’s take on identity is very comforting to me personally, and to a lot of queer people I am sure.
