Mr right now in a bowl 😍😍 A bowl of gnocchi is like a shot of tequila. It’s quick. It hits the spot and it never disappoints....... this gorgeous bowl of deliciousness is simply wonderful and easy to make. Get a sausage of salami and slice and quarter some, about a half of a cabana sliced, some spring onion as much or as little as you like, and a full jar of good Alfredo sauce. Now I do this in two saucepans. One has the gnocchi the other I layer as it cooks the salami, cabana, spring onion and Alfredo. But I do add a bit of basil and thyme to it and sometimes a dash of pepper.
