north node is a point of increase and represents endless, insatiable desires with no sense of direction. if it conjuncts a malefic it increases the "malefic-ness" of the planet and similarly if it conjuncts a benefic it increases the "benefic-ness" of the planet. it also increases things ruled by the house it's in and the houses ruled by the sign it's in. for example if north node is in gemini 12H then 9H virgo is also affected and if it conjuncts saturn then 7H & 8H are also affected.

these are general though, in some cases a person can have north node conjunct domicile/exalted benefic in a certain house but receive nothing good out of it because north node is increasing things to the point of overflow and making things difficult.

For someone with Pisces or Neptune in the 9th, I feel like this could point towards an in-law being religious, in rehab, depressed, disappearing or point towards a death in extreme cases; Or in a lighthearted case they may be relaxed, loving and chill.

I decided to make this so it’s an ~actual~ post and it might make it easier for you to understand your chart. Before I start listing placements I want to make clear that our dominant sign and planet has a strong influence no matter what. As well as the 1st house, Sun and Moon; as they all have an affect on our looks in an overall way - especially Sun. I was asked to do a chart reading for this guy who’s ex keeps stringing him along. She doesn’t want him but keeps talking and posting about him and doesn’t want him to be with other girls.

The girls (orange) Venus is conjunct his (blue) south node.

While her (orange) north node is conjunct HIS (blue) venus

I think her having her venus conjunct his south node and then her north node conjunct his venus, shows that she is supposed to let go of her ideals of love and respect and commit to his ideals of love.

But the houses of the double aspected also confirm the back and forth dynamic. His south node is in her 7th house, going away from her Venus and his north node is in her 1st house. His north node is not aspected by any of her planets. So I honestly do believe that he is meant to grow away from her unless she respects his relationship ideals. Per her north node placement conjunct his Venus

She has a chance to save this back and forth dynamic because her north node is conjunct his Venus in the 5th house. Her south node is in his 11th house so they are definitely supposed to start off as friends and then be in a committed relationship.

Just such an interesting chart because the energies are both going away and towards eachother. She is definitely more impacted by this relationship than he is. She moved across the country, doesn’t wanna date him but wants to date other guys but still treat him like a bf in an emotional way. But this is the chart. Hope I explained this right. Also since Uranus has entered Gemini (in my 12th house for rn) and I have noticed a significant difference in how I relate to my friends and how they relate to me. Reading this and then the parody ugly purva ashada post also made me think of how the entire fire sign nakshatras, mostly ketu and venus get praised for mediocrity so much esp when it’s in Sun placement.

Example is purvaphalgunis Gal Gadot and Ariana Greenblatt. Even Keanu Reeves, he’s so sweet and has been in several films but his acting always feels like it’s missing something.

It’s weird because there’s so many fire sign naks that excel at what they do and go above and beyond. Then there’s ones that do the bare minimum but get more opportunities than the ones who do the most. So weird but curious to understand why more.

Mars in 6th house could also explain OCD since the 6th house is ruled by Virgo. I have mars in 6th house in Scorpio and I have some obsessive thoughts that could carry me through a war. The thoughts just don’t stop, there is always something to think about, worry about and analyze
