HAPPY IYAMI DAY 2026! 💜

Already 6 months of non-stop hyperfixation and 8 ish general years of loving Iyami..! Setting aside my infatuation for him, what a fun character he is! I still really can't wrap my mind around his decline in popularity over the years.. it makes me sad! I believe he really deserves soooo much more love <33 Anyways, this animation was a lot of fun to make!! Took me around 2 days, I tried to attach the process video here but tumblr wasn't too happy about it lol E({^:

Choromatsu for tax fraud

Jyushimatsu for all of the above, all in one night

Karamatsu because he was annoying when ichi and jyushi were getting sentenced

Todomatsu for casting ancient magic tho he would have gotten away with it but karamatsu threw him under the bus when he was getting in trouble for being annoying at the other court sentence

Iyami for all the same shit as osomatsu, plus drug trafficking, prostitution, racketeering, and also tax evasion but worse

So, I’m unsure if anyone can remember this fancy little thing I got hold of a few months back:

Finally I have an update!

While the tape remains unscanned as I’m still new to this stuff, I did stumble across something interesting that may hint to what’s on it: some promo footage for the Iyami version of the pachinko machine is on archive.org. The Iyami version is identical in almost every way except for who it’s focused on. Due to how similar the two machines are, I predict my tape is going to be pretty much the same except it’ll be Chibita talking over the animated visuals instead. Taking into account the fact that my tape is blue and knowing there’s a blue version of the machine, it’ll likely focus on that one. I wonder if the Iyami tape is red to match the machine in his promo.

Chances are the footage could be exactly the same for money saving purposes, but there’s no harm in checking.
