The Thunderbolts are NOT Buckys only fucking friends, nor does he even like them for a good portion of the movie until the VERY end. Sam was Buckys closest friend after Steve left and Sam HELPED HIM, he invited him to his house, let him around his family and his community.

Also yall forgot hes close with Wakandans?? They literally helped him out of the Winter Soldier mind control and gave him his metal arm. But no, they weren't white so they dont count as his actual friends cuz thats what yall sound like 🙄.

And another thing..Bucky and the rest of them were dead fucking wrong at the end. Yall were GUNNING to kill this woman and then suddenly. Yall are the new super team and she walks away Scott free??? No. You dont DESERVE to call yourselves avengers for saving people..from THE THING THAT VALENTINA CREATED. Be so fucking fr. Of course Sam is pissed off after EVERYTHING hes done for Bucky, done for the city..after Sam's being fighting tooth and nail to be seen as Captain America, trying to keep everything together?? No.

Watching Thunderbolts is such a weird experience, as an OG mcu fan and Sam Wilson fan too, because it is not a bad movie, and i want to love it but so many great things they took from the mcu i loved and devalued the for the sake of this movie.

Sam being next Captain america and leader of the new avengers with his own team is what makes sense and seeing this team of the “new avengers” just rubs me the wrong way.

Giving “on your left” line to Walker a man who tried to kill Sam?? Just the whole Walker being an avenger and a redeemed character doesn’t sit right with me, I actually hate it and hate him. And bucky being all buddy-buddy with him? HATE that.

In the post credit scene them talking negatively about Sam and calling him dumb and Bucky saying nothing? #notmybucky hate that so much

Avengers tower being their new headquarters and sentry fight being where the iconic Loki/Tony scene happened in avengers 2012, like i know it is for nostalgia and easter eggs but there’s a way to do it without disrespecting the entire franchise that came before and what people loved about it and this was not that.

First of all, Sam isn’t a licensed therapist so there is no license to revoke and this shit just proved that y’all don’t know Sam and just want him to play a therapist for 110yrs old man. Mind you, Bucky abandoned Sam for months and left him on read just for him to come back for the shield proving that he thought the shield was more important than the human being who had it. What people need to understand is that it isn’t just that dialogue that’s disrespectful to Sam, it’s also the fact that we’re seeing Bucky put together and lead a team, before we ever get to see Sam, Captain America, put together and lead a team. It’s the fact that the team gets revealed as The New Avengers, before we get to see Sam with his Avengers. It’s the fact that the Fantastic Four is probably the MCU project that most of the MCU fandom, and most casual viewers too, are excited about seeing this year, and instead of having their ship show up in a Brave New World post credit scene — something that would make sense considering, again, that Sam is Captain Fucking America, and you’d think Captain America would be the first to know about an incoming spaceship — it shows up in a Thunderbolts* post credit scene.

It’s like they’ve been giving and keep giving Bucky moments and plots that rightfully should’ve been given to Sam too or to Sam alone. Bucky gets therapy, love interests, flashbacks, a cameo in another movie, and now a team, not only a team but a team being called Avengers 🙄, and it’s suspect as hell.

If TPTB at Disney/Marvel respect Sam the character or Anthony, the actor who has done such a great job for them over the years, then they should damn well start acting like it!
