Here’s the colored versions of the sketches of Juno I did earlier today. The next time I draw her, I’m going to experiment with a different color palette. I based this color scheme of that of a peacock, which, mythologically speaking, Juno’s (or Hera’s) favored animal. I’m still perfecting her costume design, so what’s here isn’t the final product.

And as much as this is one of my favorite scenes, it cemented everything I just absolutely hate about Bayverse.

letting him have his way because reasons. I guess. Main character.

treating bumblebee as a pet. That's a grown man. He touches and talks to him like an animal. He is miserable in the first 50 minutes of this 2.5 hour movie because he doesn't have Bumblebee. Plus he lost his privilege of being able to go anywhere, not pay for gas, and actually has to maintain a car- something he still doesn't know how to do despite having a mechanic of a girlfriend for the first 2 movies.

It is not his friendship he wants. It's the fact that he's got a 21ft attack dog to threaten people with. Like, how he parades his girl around once B comes to his rescue. And he is soooo cocky.

I'd fix this with a quick death, bringing back Mikaela and having her and Bee get together realizing humans and bots can be close after all. Making her disappearance for AOE all the more tragic as Bee wouldve been in mourning for both her and Ratchet.

interested, do u think delta is eleanor’s bio dad?

From my perspective, 100000000% no. That’s my preference narratively anyway!

Eleanor and Delta’s relationship loses so much of its weight and significance toward the narrative in my opinion if Delta is biologically related to her, makes Eleanor’s “love is just a chemical, we give it meaning by choice” quote a lot less meaningful in the context of the story, and I think largely misses the point of what the importance of their connection to one another actually is. Eleanor was donor conceived so Sofia wouldn’t know either way, it could be literally anyone in that city, and Delta and Eleanor’s relationship is infinitely more layered and interesting if he has no connection to the Lambs at all prior to the pair bonding between them.

It also, in my opinion, really tears up the juxtaposition between Delta and Sofia for me as well. Sofia is Eleanor’s biological mother, Delta is her bonded protector. The difference between Eleanor’s biological and chosen family is a core theme of her dynamics with each of them, and those familial dynamics are really the core of the game to me. If Delta is - instead of someone previously unknown to her, some fellow subject of the evils of Rapture who she found in the very same darkness she was pulled into, that she was connected to in a time of utter horror - someone she is biologically related to, rather than a protector and guardian, if they are bound by DNA rather than being brought together by their nature as two of Rapture’s biggest victims and became each other’s sustaining light, persevering through those nightmares at each other’s side until Delta’s death, that simply doesn’t hit the same
