A young DJ Jelly is looking to break into the Atlanta Rap scene. He gets his chance as an intern at Bobby Brown's studio. But a surly co-owner of the studio nearly knocks DJ Jelly off course. That tension creates opportunity.

Flux explains how Atlanta underground rap group BINKIS got its name. The story starts from the unlikely source of the moniker to hanging out on Clark Atlanta's campus and playing video games at DJ Drama's crib.
