This is Confetti Custard! She’s the element of Joy, an apprentice at Sugar-Cube Corner and she’s extreeeeeemely messy at work! She’ll clean up after herself but it usually requires assistance as she’s easily distracted. She’s besties with Nugget and has personal beef with Prittie but doesn’t let it get in the way of anything, in fact, they’re still pretty close. It’s just friendly fire at this point.
