terms of service under the cut:

INFO / TERMS OF SERVICE

payment after sketch is finished & approved by client, via PayPal invoice only (for clients in Finland, I'll accept MobilePay or bank transfer)

most revisions should be done at the sketch stage - base price includes minor adjustments after the picture is finished, but I'll reserve the right to charge extra for additional larger revisions on the final picture

final art is for personal use only. for COMMERCIAL/for-profit projects, please email me at [email protected]

if I'm unable to finish your commission for any reason, I will issue a full refund. full refunds are not offered otherwise, partial ones can be discussed case-by-case if needed

my usual turnover rate is around 1-3 weeks for smaller/medium size illustrations, and 1-3 months for larger ones (fully rendered, multiple characters, background). please let me know if you have a deadline in mind (i.e. for a birthday gift) and I'll try to accomondate

I'll provide 1-3 progress shots during the process, depending on the size of the project

please specify if you'd prefer for me NOT to post the final commission publicly on my social media

i'm a few days late but HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!! nearly done with my commission queue & will soon get back to the usual terminal RT brainrot posting

ko-fi shop: still no updates on the US shipping status unfortunately - i have no problem holding onto the existing orders until the situation is fixed, but contact me here or over on ko-fi if you have questions or if you'd like a refund, and i'll get to it asap 😖🫡

that being said, i might open the shop to sell the leftover charms/refunded items in the next couple of months, assuming there's interest! later this year i'll be retiring the current RT charm designs (at least in the current type of acrylic charm) and migrating the shop over to some other platform (mainly due to the ko-fi refund management system being mega unreliable). some new stuff coming up as well once i take a couple of months off to just draw my ocs making out or something

Had the pleasure to experience this year's @rt-gift-exchange , and was blown away by every aspect of it! I also had the honor to create my contribution for @kaisermakes , picturing Rogue Trader Owen (Thorne) and Pasqal. I went with this very stylized look in attempt to mimic animations - if I had the skills and time, Pasqal's devices would've had this early 2000's 3D models combined into 2D character look going on...! Shout out to my friend @atomeja , helping out with the lights - and stuffing some little extra inside the tech-priest, too! All these really brought this into another level, and helped with finishing the piece in time. Thank you, everyone!
