“that’s the best part! i make a rule to learn at least three new things about a person every time i see them, but i’m also kind of annoying and nosey, so there is that,” hwan laughed sweetly, shrugging his shoulders easily,
hwan rested his chin in his hands, lightly tapping his fingers against his cheek as he looked at the other with a smile. at the comment about being a romantic, he nodded his head, showing teeth as he smiled brightly at that. he was. the idea of romance was the best and the feeling of it, while he never felt it personally, he felt it when he held his mothers’ hands. they felt it when they looked at each other. they always thought it was cute that his eyes turned pink.
“hmm, a walk in the park? holding hands and enjoying the rest of their day,” hwan commented, thinking about it for a moment, “something cute and also a bit romantic.”
Haneul thought about it for a quiet moment, “I don’t think we would’ve been this friendly if you hadn’t tried to get to know me that well. So I guess I don’t find it annoying or nosey.”
He stretched his legs out, then crossed them under the table. “A walk in the park sounds pretty relaxing. Do people typically hold hands on the first date?” Haneul had no issue with holding Hwan’s hand, but it was a little nerve-wracking to think that he might have to initiate skin-to-skin contact with a stranger
He got up, taking their cups and depositing them on the counter of the coffee counter to be washed. “Alright, let’s go take a walk, shall we?” He pushed his long sleeves so that they folded above his hand and at wrist, and held out his hand to the other.
