this is the final animation I created!
music is bensound cute
some paper models I made to help me figure out the layers and movement of the animals in my final animation.
after doing several days of ink drawings, I realised I couldn’t get the feeling or humour I wanted from the medium and decided I’d go back to my original idea of producing my final digitally, and I am much happier with the choice, as I can create the animations much faster and easier, but also make more use of colour, which is a lot harder for me in the traditional ink way. I used the same brush for the hamster’s body and the horse’s to keep it linked and visually similar, and I think I will be using this movement for my final piece
