A/N: A few month ago I started a journal and now I want to share it with you guys. Get inspired for your own journal or just look at the nice pages. This is part one of my “Journal Pages” Series. It’s 12pm in Berlin and there is a ‘city hunter’ outside who obviously tries to shot a boar or some other large animal but fails. I hate the gunshots. Its startles me everytime!

Today I woke up with a 76/48 blood pressure. I felt so sick, couldn’t stand, eat or drink anything. I needed an hour to go back to 108/78 blood pressure. urgh.

In 2015 I...

visited the Baltic Sea for three days

lost my cat Toffee R.I.P.

spent more time at my dad’s

passed four exams

adopted two kitties (with their mother)

earned some more money

listened to more good music (Taylor Swift, Fall Out Boy, Halsey etc.)

failed my internship (because I hated it)

went to see a therapist (who later refused to treat me)

had a long depressive episode (again)

got awesome presents (Fjallraven Kanken, Instax camera etc)

gained more confidence

did even more yoga

“started” riding again

started a journal

watched more good movies (Spectre, Mad Max - Fury Road, etc)

started to learn how to code

decluttered my life even more

finished my sketch book

finished my book “The Lion from the Other Side”

won in a writing competition

started to “wake up” from my depression (hopefully)

Yesterday my friend team-laufeyson invited me to ride her foster horse Bartok. Its was so nice to sit on a horse again after 7 or 8 years. The sun was shining and it was so nice being outside. Bartok was really lazy so you really had to work to bring im into action, but he was so cute and calm. (I have sore muscles btw ^^). After that we drove back to her and we took a walk with her cute lil dog Perro! (I sadly forgot to take a picture of him!!). When I drove home I felt so happy!
