I work with kids and sometimes we have to do safety lessons with them about like, not telling strangers on the internet your home address or something. And sometimes the kids wont understand why, so you have to impart upon them that, well, some adults want to hurt children. And thats kind of difficult to do, because you have to beat around the bush, both because you dont want to scare them (while still making them understand how serious it is) and because you might lose your job if you explain it too straight forward.

Luckily, for some reason, the villain of one of the most popular franchises with children for the last 10 years happens to be a serial child murderer. So when a kid asks why they shouldnt trust strangers, instead of hand wringing and humhawing my answer out, I can just say "we dont always know when a strange adult has good intentions with children, or when they are William Afton."

Do you remember this line? He says this when you examine the sauna during Chapter 6 at some point.

Y-Ya know, if you pronounced "Thursday" like "Thaursday"…that'd be kinda funny…

It seems kinda nonsensical, doesn't it? Yet strangely funny.

However, in the Japanese transcript, his line goes like this.

も、木曜日を… もきゅ曜日って言うと… かわいらしいな… If you call Thursday... "Mokyu-day"... it sounds kinda cute.

He's just playing on the word for Thursday, 木曜日 (mokuyôbi), by using mokyu, a Japanese onomatopoeia for cute things.

Man, the first meeting between All Might and Mirio would be awkward as hell

Mirio would have this simmering anger and distrust towards All Might, which really confuses Sir Nighteye as Mirio’s never given any indication that he dislikes All Might before now

Then Nighteye let’s it slip that Mirio has younger brother, a middle schooler with green hair and eyes whom Mirio had brought for visits a few times before, and then everything starts to click into place for All Might

Stepping Up

Absolutely love that you picked up on that tension mounting that would be simmering from the day that All Might destroyed is little brother and Mirio had to build his confidence back up from the rubble.

I think that Tamaki would likewise have issues with him, but the one that All Might probably has to avoid is Nejire who probably all but adopted Izuku on sight, she would take her big sister duties seriously.

Last November, I did a poll like this, and though it was close, Danny Phantom lost to Dan and Phil. That was right around when they did their comeback or wedding announcement or whatever it was though, so I guess that phandom just doesn't have staying power.

Phantom of the Opera also has a much bigger slice, which is funny. Did something happen to them that I don’t know about?
