An Open Letter To A Girl That Deserved Better.
I do not forgive you, let's start with that.
If you had no clue I existed, maybe I would.
But you worked right beside us, beside me
Every
Single
Day
And you knew what him and I were.
I cannot find it in myself to forgive you,
But I will apologize.
I will apologize for viewing you as
The only problem in what transpired.
I apologize for the things I said.
You were trying to warn me,
I was full of rage over already knowing.
I apologize for the hateful things
Spoken in hushed tones by
People who claimed to be your friends.
I apologize for him breaking both of
Our hearts, god knows he won't.
And I apologize for being stupid enough
To stay with him.
I will not forgive you, but I apologize.
I do not forgive you,
But I hope in the aftermath
We both find what we are looking for
And I hope the same thing never happens
To you.
"Hate is too great a burden to bear"
And I'm tired of carrying the weight of this
on my weak shoulders.

S U M M E R D R E A M
I want to bathe in sunlight
In a field of flowers and tall grass.
I want to walk barefoot on the stone shore,
Feeling the warmth from sun heated rocks
On the souls of my weary winter feet.
I want to smell the smoke of a bonfire
And watch ash spark and float
In the clear night sky.
And, just for a second,
I want to feel that all is right again.

Short comic, while I work on something bigger on the side. It is nevertheless a very important topic. A lot of seabirds die because they eat plastic. They feed their chicks with the waste. It’s really tragic.

"Little Boxes"
She kept little boxes
lined up on a mantle.
One for each time
he broke a part of her.
The first box held her eyes.
She was "seeing things".
Too many red flags.
Too many of their messages.
The second box held her ears.
She heard too much.
The rumors.
The quiet talks they had
in her own home.
The third held her voice.
She decided to speak up.
She told him she knew
something was going on.
He told her she was crazy.
The fourth held her common sense.
The girl tried to warn her.
She confronted him.
"She just wants to cause drama."
She blocked her.
The fifth held her heart.
Ripped from her chest
the night she found out the truth.
Five little boxes.
She is slowly building herself back up.
She will open the boxes, one day.
One day, she will be whole again.

Happy February! I tried to make this prompt set have a good mixture of things that don’t always have to be taken in the context of romance. For all my fellow Ace and/or Aro spec friends out there, All the singles, and anyone else that’s might just be getting really tired of the mass corporate red and pink scam that is Valentines day! While still leaving in some romantic opportunities in there for anyone else that is feeling that romantic vibe this time of year.
Also, Before anyone says anything, Yes, I know there are not 31 days in February. I always put 31 prompt set, I figure you can use the extra day in case you need to skip one of the others, or are just feeling extra ambitious!
I hope you guys enjoy this set! Feel free to tag me in anything this inspires!
