I’m breaking my already shattered heart. But, I know that in the end, after all this pain and hurt, I’ll find happiness again. I will rebuild myself again. I will be okay.

I love my bf. Trust me I do. And I appreciate absolutely every gift he gives me, especially those that aren’t materialistic. But, I’m deadass crying because he gave me a cute picture book of our most recent trip and he literally chose the UGLIEST pictures of me. I would be showing off this book left and right if I looked at least decent. I swear I think he purposely chooses my most unflattering pictures to use. It’s so upsetting because obv I’m going to keep this book but I hate looking at it because I literally look like poop with human features.

I LOVE MY LIFE! I love everything I am. Finally! I wake up and I’m ready, I’m happy, I’m excited for my day. I’m embracing my new lifestyle, embracing this new weather (although fearing the unbearable heat that will come in the next month). I miss my seeing my parents every evening for dinner and I miss my sister who I haven’t seen in months! (She went home and for the first time I wasn’t there during her stay, she said it was incredibly weird for me to not be there).

In four days I’ll be reunited with my family again in one of my favorite cities, Boston! I can’t wait to all be together again.

I’m 23 and happy.

LIFE UPDATE!!!!

1. I ended my two year relationship

2. I dropped absolutely everything and moved to HOUSTON, TEXAS!

3. I cut out all the people in my life that were toxic or had me in the palm of their hands.

4. Got an unexpected but great job and I’m still pursuing something greater with time

5. I went to Jacksonville to hang out with a friend and I think I want to move there.

6. I went to NOLA and omg it was so much fun! Met an Aussie sweetheart there.

7. I have a savings account again

8. I have met some of the most amazing, kindest, genuine people in my three months here in Houston. Who I now refer to as my friends.

9. I have a massive crush but he moved to the west coast.

10. I set myself FREE.
