Zogg from Betelgeuse - takes months on every video but does a ton of his own research for each one rather than spout whatever is going around the popular science circles

The Science Asylum - much more flashy than the others but also quite informative and actually avoids common misconceptions and everything

Kyplanet - makes videos about exoplanets and space exploration, addresses common myths and does a lot of research

JayChoken - worldbuilding channel, naturally does a lot of research on planetary science. I'd generally recommend worldbuilding channels like Biblaridion or Worldbuilding Pasta if you don't mind lengthy rambles about rocks
