fanfiction is a rare gem and a solid, living proof that, in a world of tiktok, influencers and content posting, not everything is about money and going viral. art can still be art just for the sake of the artists’ pure love, joy and passion for the art they create. fanfic writers write 100k words and more about the characters they love for free. just because they love these characters and the art of writing so much. art is not dead and the world is still beautiful.

I took down my book for now off wattpad. I wasn’t very happy with it and I don’t want my playlist connected with Spotify anymore for the book. I’ve now switched to Apple Music.

Hoping at some point Harbor’s Choice will live! But, I think I may just try writing fanfic for fun to get over my fear haha

Also had to explain how intricate fanfic was to my partner who has never read it 😂😅

Came up with my own curriculum to read the stuff on my bookshelf and a mix of other books to learn more about writing. Currently reading On Writing by Stephen King and it’s pretty good!
