imagine not being European on a night like this
me waiting for all the british people here to tell me about graham norton's commentary
Give the wolf a banana goddamit
the best thing an esc song can make you feel is "i don't know what's happening but i enjoy it tremendously"
Imagine trying to explain this to someone who doesnāt live in Europe.
āWho knew that potassium was so important to wolvesā health?ā
ā Graham Norton, on Norwayās entry.
when no one in the squad knows what ābusiness casualā means
BEFORE THAT WOLF EATS MY GRANDMA GIVE THAT WOLF A BANANA
everyone: are the italians gay
german commentator: aw like two brothers
āThe song is called āLights Offā, although ironically they use every light in the house.ā
ā Graham Norton, on the Czech Republic

Watching Eurovision and seeing Sheldon Riley, who is on the autism spectrum, absolutely made me sob. Not only because his pain is, unfortunately, so relatable to me and my experience as an autistic person, but also because it was so unbelievably inspiring to see an autistic person on stage. I rarely see people on the spectrum represented so there were some happy tears too. And Iām so thankful to him for spreading the message that autism isnāt something we have to āovercomeā. The thing that is holding us back is mostly the limiting believes of others. And the symbolism of the unmasking he did at the end was absolutely beautiful. Also, he just sounds like an angel.
itās that time again
