I’m in a bit of a bind, and I could use any help I can get!

Hey, my name’s Justin, and I was in a three car collision this past Monday (September 26th). I was the only one injured, and no citations were issued, but I’m still stuck in a pretty awful situation. I have a pretty low income, and my insurance policy doesn’t cover me in case of an accident, so I’m left without a car, and I live in an area with little to no public transportation, so I have no way to get to work.

Currently, I’ve got 3 broken ribs, two fractures on my pelvis, a few broken teeth and more than a handful of cuts and bruises, and also a laceration on my spleen that caused some minor internal bleeding, so I may not be able to work for the next 3-5 weeks, which is a huge issue. My medical bills should be covered by my health insurance, so the only things I really need assistance with is getting a car, and paying for prescriptions.
