“What in the name of fuck possessed you to tell me that?” Was Oliver really this bad a conversations or was he trying to piss Dell off? Letting out an annoyed sigh, the older male lowered the cigarette from his lips. “Where the hell did you even learn that? Do you look up facts for fun or some shit?” It didn’t matter to Dell though, he’d still keep smoking anyways.
“It shouldn’t matter to you anyways, you’re not the one smoking. Are you?” The junior didn’t know of this freshman smoking, it would be a surprise to him if he did. Dell finally pocketed his lighter before looking back at Oliver and standing up. He walked a few paces away from the bench before taking a long drag from his cigarette.
"Knowledge is power, my friend." Displaying a proud smile, the blond folded his arms behind his back. Intelligence was always supperior to everything else, and knowing even some of the smallest and most rediculous things could be gratifying.
Oliver also enjoyed feeling supperior compared to everyone else.
"Oh, uh, yeah! I do look things up in my free time. Eheh, It's something to do, you know? And it's a lot more rewarding than going out and smoking a cancer stick-- Uh.. "
"What is a character like you even doing in a park like this anyway?" Dell did resemble a hobo, in Oliver's opinion. Just.. a tad more clean cut. So did he live in the park? Or did he just come by to enjoy the greenery? The peace? The occasional screaming of children? Theifing cats? Or maybe he was just scouting around for something else.

Though wouldn't there be a possibility that maybe during the goldfish's three second mourning period, it too would be eaten by the alpha fish that ate its fishy beloved? It wouldn't necessarily have the time to escape. And it would have to be there also, otherwise it wouldn't have known its partner was dead or even existed in the first place. So the cannibalistic murder of its partner happened before its very eyes before meeting its own demise OH THE BLOODY HORROR IT WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE TIME TO FORGET THE POOR THING."

Dell had watched the freshman through the whole thing. He had actually arrived outside when Oliver began sneezing. He thought it was funny how the blonde would let his glove get taken away by a cat, how does that even happen? Dell didn’t let the amusement show on his face as the freshman called out to him, letting out a sigh.
“Hi. Do you need somethin’?” The older male hoped that Oliver wouldn’t ask him to get the glove back. The actual thought seemed a bit ridiculous, but anything could happen. Dell took a cigarette out from his pocket, his real reason for coming outside, and lit it. He took a long drag before tilting his head back blowing the smoke into the air, watching it rise.
Eyeing the silver-haired teen with curiosity, Oliver scratched at his own chin with his free hand. Dell had taken his original seat, so the boy now had one of two choices: Take the seat next to him or stay standing. Oliver went with the latter simply because he was scared shitless of the guy who could possibly knock a few of his precious pearly whites out with a single blow to the face. The ones he'd spent countless hours brushing and flossing with care.
Not to mention this was a good distance away from Dell in case he'd have to make a run for it. "Did you know Urea is used to add flavor to cigarettes?" Neatly folding the essay he'd been previously working on into a rectangle, the blonde slid it into one of his coat pockets and let his arms fall limply to his sides. Dell had a rather nice lighter, he'd noticed. "Urea is also a chemical compound that's a major component in urine."
