I...Need Some Help

I made a post about this before, but i figured I’d make a better worded one. 

I’m a 16 year old bisexual girl who most of the time- is away from my single mother. She is working a full time job while struggling to take care of her dying mother. Very recently my phone has broken and its crucial for me to have one to stay in contact with her when im away from home and while shes away. Where I live its hard to get a job at 16 and i could really use the help. I know this might not seem like the most crucial thing but because of the fct that i suffer from paranoid hallucinations and depressive episodes its imperative my mother stays updated on my condition.
