Learn to be ok with people not knowing your side of the story you don’t have to prove anything to anyone
Reminder that you can’t love someone’s illness away. If your partner has depression, anxiety, PTSD or anything, no matter how hard you love them they will still have it. It’s not their fault and it’s not yours either. Somedays it’ll just be a bad day and no matter how hard you try you won’t be able to fix it. But even if you can’t cure them you can always help them. Please support your partner and don’t blame them for their issues because it’s definitely not something they can help but do not blame yourself for not always being able to change a bad day into a good day. Sometimes you might just change a very bad day into a bad day and that’s all you can do and it’s enough.

“Many people have come and left, and it has been always good because they emptied some space for better people. It is a strange experience, that those who have left me have always left places for a better quality of people.”
