In response to those who reverently hail Boggess and Karimloo as “this generation’s Christine and Phantom,” however, the Colorado native remains modest. “For us it was and it will always be Michael [Crawford] and Sarah [Brightman],” she laughs, referring to the iconic pair that filled the roles beginning in 1986. Since that time, Phantom has become the longest running show on Broadway, and Boggess feels blessed to have been a part of the “amazing, strange, crazy ride.”  [x]
