One year of growth, great job folks!
Dear fellow citizens, It has been a year since we have moved back to Earth, and boy, do I have to say, WE’VE DONE A GREAT JOB FOLKS! I know it’s been hard for everybody to work with, but it has truly been a great benefit to not only our sense of community and society, but also to our health, if I do say so myself. Wouldn’t you all agree? It’s only been a year since we’ve turned what used to be a dumpster, into a decent-living planet! None of this could have been completed without the work of you people. Even though you’ve all been exposed to the massive amounts of technology for so long (let’s face it, our whole lives were controlled by machines), you’ve taken the risk to start an new life, to create a natural life consisting of new things you’ve never seen, such as the trees and the rivers! WHO KNEW NATURAL LANDSCAPES LIKE THESE EXISTED?! Thank you to all the robots as well, for putting in all the effort, not in following orders, but working with us humans to create a new, sustainable environment. Not only have you drilled holes for us into the ground, carried our bricks, lifted out heavy equipment, but you’ve also built a sense of community between us humans and yourselves. This is an amazing accomplishment.
With all of this happiness, it is also important to note and remember how we were driven off the Earth in the first place, under the influence of over-consumerism. Although consumerism can definitely be a good thing, I believe it is when we abused all the power we had to buy and sell, that we were not aware of what the outcomes were. The things we bought, the things we made, all became waste. The technology we used, we took advantage of it, and look at what we became (let’s be honest, we were essentially meatballs). Our days became “wake up, eat, sleep.” It was consumerism gone mad. So, let’s all not forget about the past, but reflect on the past, because this is something we can learn from. LET’S REMEMBER NEVER TO ABUSE THE POWER OF CONSUMERISM!
Again, great jobs folks! KEEP UP THE FANTASTIC WORK! WE’LL GET THIS WHOLE PLANET LOOKING SPICK AND SPAN IN NO TIME!
Sincerely, Captain B. McCrea
