A Year Written in Books
This blog exists because I want to be intentional with my time, my thoughts, and the stories I let shape me.
2026 is the year I want to slow down and read — not just occasionally, but consistently. One book every week. Fifty-two books. Not as a competition, not for numbers alone, but as a way to show up for myself again and again.
Books have always been more than entertainment to me. They are pauses, mirrors, lessons, escapes, and sometimes second chances. They help me reflect, learn, and grow in ways that are quiet but lasting. And just like progress in fitness or learning, reading is built through small, repeated choices.
This blog is a place to document that journey.
What I read. What stays with me. What challenges me. What changes me.
Not every week will be perfect. Not every book will be life-changing. But every page read is a step forward — and I want to remember that.
This is not about reading faster.
It’s about reading consciously.
About letting a year be written in books.
Welcome to the journey.
yours,
A Year Written in Books
