Life wins again
Well I was going to come home and work on my blog. Or possibly find something new to binge watch on Netflix. But our internet router is no longer producing a WiFi signal. So I guess I'll go to bed at a reasonable hour instead. 10 mile run in the morning.
I suppose getting up in the morning would be easier if I went to sleep at night.

Because I actually got out of bed today and ran. Woohoo!
Plan for the week...because I am attempting to be a grown up!
Loops are pure evil. And luckily I have plenty of options to add/subtract miles.
Oh man...you are going to be bad or my health! I actually just rerouted and found a good option at about 16 miles. Plus it ends with a swim at my favorite lake!
Just planned a super awesome trail run for a few weeks from now...added up to about 23 miles...training at about 14. Back to the drawing board!
Healthy snacking. Go me :)
Upside: I am getting way better about going to bed at a reasonable hour and actually getting some sleep. This means feeling so much better while running.
Downside: I am so so so far behind on all the things I want to watch on Netflix!
Maybe it's time to find a treadmill :/
