It’s good! I like guacamole! I feel like if you like avocados you almost have to like guacamole by default. It’s not my favorite, no. I think celery just kinda tastes like nothing. Young? I’m a pediatrician so anywhere from small baby to 18 years old. Well, you might not be right for the party then. She’s pretty! All of my sisters are beautiful! I don’t really “party”.

I guess carrots and hummus ain’t too bad, red peppers are great, too. Ew, that is a turnoff. Imagine going to a party, and you pick up a soggy carrot. Not very good mood inducing. I am, yeah. I love a good party, and I love the moods they put people in. I’m a social butterfly.

Carrots and hummus are great! 10/10, the perfect healthy snack. I’m a fan of every vegetable, really. Except celery. I’m not too fond of it. That sounds horrific. I hope I never have to go to a party like that. This isn’t like a party party. There will definitely be lots of children there. If you want to actually party you should talk to my sister Bridget. She goes out almost every night.

What about a fruit platter? Do you think that’d be better? How can you not like food or fun? Those are two things you need to survive!

Thank you! I don’t think I’ve ever heard any rules against bringing extra food, but it seems pretty nice to me? People have sunscreen committees? Weird. Thanks for the invite, but no thank you. I don’t really think that would be my thing. 

I guess not. Maybe if someone else brings a veggie plate it might be a little bit awkward, but more food to go around! Well, we do at the pediatrician’s because protecting ourselves from the sun is super important. Why not? Free food, free fun!

They’re better when they’re blended up into a smoothie, so they can go down the hatch in a couple of smooth gulps. I’m the life of the party, so you should definitely tell me. I’ll bring caviar and…crackers. I’ll be a model party guest. 

I agree, they are great in a smoothie but super tasty raw as well. I’d cook them if if I didn’t think that soggy veggies might be a turnoff to some people if they’re going to sit on a picnic table for hours. Wow, you sure are into parties.

Because vegetables are healthy and do good things for your body and well-being? And everyone loves at least one thing on a veggie tray. I’m not sure if I like the sound of that, so I don’t think I should tell you.

Excellent point, Baby B! They didn’t, but I’m never really sure what proper party etiquette is for these kinds of things! I’m also in charge of sunscreen committee because it’ll be outside and we don’t want anyone burning. You should come!

Help! I need recommendations for what to bring to the office’s annual start of summer bash! Right now I’m torn between watermelon cupcakes or just bringing a super healthy and yummy veggie platter with a ton of different dipping sauces! What sounds better to you guys?
