With so many voices swimming around inside your head, both good and bad, it’s basically impossible not to listen to the lies; – the self-destructive mindsets, the anxieties, the paranoia, the inevitable mania. And when you take on these thoughts as truths – wow! How easy is it to start to lose a grip on "reality", until suddenly nothing seems to makes sense anymore!? In these moments, it's so important to be kind to yourself. We all make mistakes, sure, we're human after all. But we are fragile.
