Of course I'll write it!! 💙💙💙
I am also loving your ideas and think you deserve an emoji anon. Lmk if you want to have one!
Synopsis: Your boyfriend just broke up with you. You keep reading the breakup text over and over again, trying to see if what he was saying was true. You cry because of it, and Felix notices.
Word count: 796
Warnings: Felix x f!reader (as friends), hurt/comfort, breakup with toxic!ex-boyfriend, swearing, crying, self-deprecating thoughts
You sit on the living room couch and read through the text for what seems like the hundredth time.
So, I’ve been thinking for a little while, and I’ve decided to break up with you. After the way you acted, you can surely go fuck yourself. You’ve been a toxic little manipulator whose only desire was to gaslight and guilt-trip me into doing things for you. But I can see through all your schemes. You’re an overdramatic, oversensitive, attention-seeking whore, that’s what you are. I have no idea even why I began to date YOU of all people. You’re not even decently attractive. And, boy, your insides are worse than your outside. You’re unladylike and a full-on dimwit. I bet you can’t even tie your shoes. I’m ending it. See you never.
You want to reply and prove him wrong, but something inside you is telling you that what he’s saying is completely true.
Your eyes fog up and your vision begins to blur. Tears form in your eyes and quickly spill over. You can’t stop the tears now.
You turn off your phone and cover your eyes, head buried in your knees. Am I really that horrible?
Your mind dwells on that question for a while.
“Hey, Y/N!!” Felix calls from the kitchen, not too far away, breaking the silence. “Did you want that soup?”
You look up, eyes stained red, nose stuffed, and cheeks hot from breathing through your mouth. You open your mouth to reply, but all that comes out is a cracked, “I-”
Felix cocks his head. “Y/NNN?” he calls, stepping closer to the living room. “Was that a yes?”
You take shaky breaths and quickly wipe your face. “I… S-sure,” you say soft-spokenly.
“What was that?” he says, taking another step. “Are you okay?” He walks over and sees you slightly trembling. Oh my god, he thinks, and kneels down in front of you. He lowers his voice. “Are you alright, Y/N?”
You shake your head.
“Do you want to tell me what’s wrong?” He grabs one of your hands and squeezes it gently.
“I…” You break free from his grip and scramble to unlock your phone. “Here.” You hand him your phone with the message on the screen.
He reads it quietly, subvocalizing, face growing more concerned as he goes through the whole text. After a short moment, he hands you your phone back, and stares into your eyes.
“Do you really believe what he’s saying’s true?” he asks sincerely.
You nod, holding back more tears. “I’m a horrible person,” you say quietly.
Instead of protesting, Felix asks you more questions with patience. “And why do you think that?”
You think for a second before answering. “I… I don’t really know, but I’ve done everything he’s said I did. I guilt-tripped him into getting things for me, and I guess that makes me a manipulator…” You look down at your hands, face going sour. “And I hate how I look.”
Felix studies your face more. “You look like you have more to say.”
This time, all the words spill out. Your words merge together, and your speech gets faster and faster with every syllable. You begin to fume more at yourself than your now-ex-boyfriend, the self-deprecation growing and growing.
“And that’s not all!” you cry, face more red than before. “Just the fact that I let him date me!” You harshly throw an innocent pillow across the room. It hits the wall with a loud PIFF and drops to the floor. “That makes me worse.”
He stands up and hugs you, wrapping his legs around. “Oh, Y/N…” he says, tucking his head into the notch of your chest.
His soft scent and warm skin begins to soothe you.
“I know you better than you know yourself… What you said wasn’t true,” he whispers.
“All of it?”
“All of it.” He sits up and looks into your eyes. “You are beautiful.”
“You’re just saying that because you pity me.”
“It’s true. You are the sweetest, most empathetic person, and toxic people like him notice that. And you know what they do? They just want to exploit you and lead you to turmoil.”
You process his words.
“He just wants to take advantage of your heart. It’s too big for this world.” He smiles and wipes your tears.
“But when will someone love me like I love them?”
“Y/N, I already love you. We all do.”
That line makes you cry harder.
“Shh,” he whispers, pulling you back into his arms.
You begin to eat your soup.
“Hey,” Felix says.
“Hm?” you ask, slurping on a spoonful.
“Can I prank text your ex??” he asks, with a scarily giddy ambition plastered on his face.

Bang Chan: Yup.

Love Me Right - Hwang Hyunjin
Pairings: Hyunjin x reader.
Trope: Ex!Best Friends
Warnings: Angst. Hyunjin and reader are so in love with each other that hurts. (If i'm missing something lmk)
Summary: Years after a failed confession, Hyunjin learns that you're getting married to another man and he's only thinking about how he could take the time back and make things right
“Everything looks great,” your future mother-in-law said with a smile as she stood beside you. You nodded, glancing toward the entrance.
“Yeah, it really is pretty,” you said, crossing your arms over your chest. You sighed.
“How exciting!” she exclaimed with a smile; you couldn’t help but smile too.
Everyone was excited. Everyone was smiling. Everyone was looking forward to the day.
But you weren’t so much.
That day was just around the corner.
Only 120 hours left. 7,200 minutes.
In 5 days, you were getting married
The only problem? The person you've always wanted wasn't going to be waiting for you at the altar.
“Mira! Come here for a second.” The two of you looked toward the sound, and there stood your cousins and your fiancé Do-yun's aunt and uncle.
“I'll be right back, okay?” she said, and without waiting for your reply, she left.
After a few minutes, you looked away from them and looked straight ahead again.
The reception area was almost decorated, with the chairs adorned with flowers and satin fabric. The red color sparkled.
The yellow lights added a warm touch. The outdoor area, surrounded by nature.
Everything you’d dreamed of as a little girl—and more.
“The lights are so you,” you heard a man’s voice say behind you.
Without even turning around, you knew who it was.
“Hyunjin,” you said, surprised. “I thought you weren’t coming.” You turned around.
“I wouldn't miss it for the world.”
That was supposed to make you smile. But all you could think about was that he must be on the other side of the venue with his family, also planning what would be his wedding.
“Hmm,” he said, looking around with you “Want to get away from all this for a few minutes?”
“Yes, please.” You laughed and followed him to the venue’s exit.
You talked as if no time had passed, as if you’d never been apart; he kept finishing your sentences, and you finished his thoughts.
What started out as just 10 minutes ended up lasting the whole afternoon. Your phone rang nonstop, but you didn’t pay any attention to it. It felt like you had your best friend back.
“How was it?” He asked suddenly
“It was eight months ago,” you said. "He did a ton of stuff—all extravagant, all luxurious. It was nice, but it wasn't my thing," you blurted out
“Y/N Y/L/N, always having a problem with things that are too over-the-top”
"Hey! You can't blame me. I’d much rather have a single garden flower than two dozen roses, you know?” Hyunjin laughed nodding
“And the dress?”
“At my mom’s house,” you said. “I didn’t want any situation where Do-yun might accidentally see it.”
“If I were him, I’d be dying to see you in it.” His footsteps gradually came to a halt. You followed him
“But you’re not,” you murmured, loud enough for the words to stay between the two of you.
A silence fell; you saw his expression turn sad.
“Y/N,” he started to say, but you shook your head.
All those repressed and forgotten feelings came flooding back with those simple words and an afternoon of laughter..
You could feel your heart pounding, a lump in your throat, and your eyes starting to fill with tears.
“It’s okay, Hyunjin.”
You cleared your throat and blinked several times. You looked around, trying not to focus on him “We’re fine.”
“Are we really?”
Usually, when you were kids and fought over some silly thing, he would ask that, and you would always answer in the affirmative.
But that answer changed years ago.
And the answer today remains the same
“We’ve changed,” you said with a pained smile. “There’s nothing we can do about it.”
“I wish we could.”
You looked into each other’s eyes once more, and for the second time in less than five minutes, silence fell between you.
Your phone rang again. It was Do-yun calling.
“I have to go,” you said. “Will you come?”
“I told you I wouldn't miss it.”
“I want to see you with a date, Hwang.”
“No girls,” he laughed. “I can bring Jeongin or Felix if you want.”
“It’s been a while since I’ve seen them,” you said, smiling softly. “I’ll see if I can send them an invitation.”
“They’ll come running,” he ran a hand through his hair. “They miss you,” he said. “We all do.” His jacket hung from one arm. “Some more than others,” he said, without taking his eyes off yours.
“Mhm,” you said, nodding. “I’ll text them. See you, Hyunjin.”
“Wait,” he said, causing you to turn and look at him. “What are you doing tomorrow?”
“Finishing up the preparations?” you laughed.
“Can I come with you?” Your smile slowly faded from your face, and you shook your head slowly.
“I don’t think that’s the best idea, Hyun.”
“Come on,” he pleaded. “Just a few hours. I’ll go with you. I’ll help you.” He ran a hand through his hair, sweeping it back. “I’d like to spend a day with my best friend, just like old times?”
It wasn’t a good idea. And you knew it.
“I'm free on Saturday.”
That was 3 days before the wedding
“We can go out for coffee.” You continued
“Sounds good. Do you still like the vanilla latte?” You nodded.
“It's my favorite,” you murmured. Hyunjin smiled.
“Our usual coffee shop?” You nodded.
“I'll be there at 3 p.m.,” you said
"I can pick you up?" You shook your head
"No need. I'll be there" And with that you picked up the call and walked away from him.
“Sweetie, you're here!” Do-yun said, raising his arms when he saw you. “Do you want to grab something to eat? Or would you rather go home?” He wrapped his arms around your waist, pulling you closer to him. You smiled at him.
“Can we go get sushi?” you asked, placing a hand on his chest.
“Whatever you want,” Do-yun leaned in and kissed your cheek.
What you didn’t know was that someone was watching the scene, with longing and sadness.
“What an idiot you were, Hyunjin,” he muttered to himself. “The girl you love marrying someone else.” A sigh, a tightness in his chest, his hands clenched tightly around something. “…when it could just as easily have been you.” He looked down, and one of his hands slowly opened.
A photo of you and him from when he had just debuted in Stray Kids; holding each other tightly.
A sound distracted him from the scene before him. His phone was vibrating.
Felix
“So you're going to let her go, then?”
His eyes drifted to the photo in his hands, and his ears pricked up to hear your laughter.
He wanted that. He wanted to make you laugh, and he wanted to feel you close.
“Not this time.” He sent
Felix
“Maybe it’s already too late, Hyung”
But he wanted to try. It wasn’t that late yet.
“I let her go once. I don’t want to do it again without putting up a good fight.”
Looking at you once more, he sighed and turned away. This time he wasn't going to give up so easily; this time he would do things right.
This time, perhaps, what you both wanted so much would finally come true.
