current interests: pmh, iron lung, unnus annus/eef/markiplier stuff, controversial-ish rpf(I AM NOT A PROSHIPPER, PROSHIPPERS DNI)- i think you get where this is going- shipping is kind of my life and sometimes i get into things because of a ship and sometimes i get into things and then i create a ship because i'm a hopeless romantic (my boyfriend would not classify me as hopeless. which is fair, he is my hope) also i like making rosaries and mixed media stuff (: rollerblading and biking are pretty cool too, pretty much just touching grass and being outside is really important to me, i'm an audiophile and a cinephile and also an amateur photographer so lots of stuff to juggle!

i think it's important to mention that if stratt could've, she would've gotten on the hail mary, no questions asked. but she couldn't. she wasn't qualified, and there obviously wasn't enough time for her to become qualified. she was not a scientist, she was not a pilot, she was not an engineer. but she was a good leader, a great leader, at that. she is more help to humanity on the ground than is space. and as much as it pained her, she knew that. but if stratt was any of the three they needed, she would've insisted on going. hell, if she could've she would have turned that ship into a one-woman show. which i think is why her feelings about grace must be so complicated. she wants to go, but she isn't qualified. grace is qualified, but doesn't want to go. he has an opportunity to do something she would have jumped to do and is taking it for granted. can't he see how badly she wants to go in his place? can't he see that stratt never wanted him to go? not necessarily because she didn't want him to die(which she didn't but that's a can of worms for another day), but because it should've been her instead. if it could've gone exactly as she wanted, she never would have had to ask ryland to go, never would've had to ask anyone to go, because she would already be going in everyone else's place
