I could see both things happening. Especially if it’s early in Simon’s career and he’s invited to this con and Simon is like “oh my god so many people want to meet me-“ and Grace is happy for him and is like “you deserve it my moonlight! You’re amazing!”

If this is pre face reveal, imagine grace offers to work the merch table and him and Simon have to pretend they don’t really know each other so I can imagine that when the face reveal happens, people are like “oh my god wait papa star is the one that sold me SimonSays merch in 20[REDACTED]?!”
