Guess what? No one likes a bad parker. A bill proposed in Scotland that will tackle many forms of bad parking -- including pavement parking, double parking and drop kerb parking, has gained widespread support.

Bad parking can make the best of us angry and one man decided he'd had enough and started issuing his own parking tickets. His personalised tickets included advice such as "Hey, Donkey ... Start showing some respect for your fellow parkers ... You'll have more friends"

Parking on private land can be a sticky issue for both parties concerned, so a new service has been created to help settle parking fines issued in such circumstances.
