I finished drawing the full body of him yayyy

I didn’t quite pull off the turnaround, but whatever. Malik Sidiké is the captain of the Bleus de Villiers sur Marne. He’s 14 years old, Yamina’s best friend and her future love interest, and he’s of Senegalese and Malian descent. He’s the second character out of the five I’ve created; the next one might be revealed tomorrow!!!

So I’ve made one of the fives new oc for Street Football, her name is Yamina and she’s apart of the Bleus of Villiers sur Marne ( bc my new AU project happens here ). I wanted to change the chara design from the last post ( with all the teams ) bc I didn’t find it interesting.

I’ve made a spin around of her so it sill be easier to draw her in the future, i didn’t finished the full body but it will comes as soon as possible ( the spin around looks so messy 😭 .

So for the presention her complete name is Choudary Mayenge Yamina Dalila and she’s 14 years old. She’s appart of the Bleus of Villers sur Marne, she was born in Port Marie but she went to Villiers sur Marne when she was about 3 years old. She’s a huge fan of football, her favorite team is the PSG and her favourite player is Desire Doué !! Also she’s half indian from her dad and half Congolese from her mother.

I feel like that nobody talk enough about Extreme street football or F2rx !! I really appreciate and I love this show and I don’t understand why ppl hate it so so much ?? I can understand that it’s a trash version of Foot2rue, yes we don’t see the vibe of Street Football in this cartoon, I feel like it was gentrified to the next generation. I was born in 2010 so Foot2rue is not of my generation, I watched Foot2Rue extrême way more before on Gulli and then discovered Foot2rue many years later like in 2019. Moreover, there’s a lot of ppl of my generation that prefer F2rx and I find it so frustrating bc I am the only one who preferred F2r over F2Rx ????? When I said that I prefer more the original version that this, ppl will always say that “ouais tu fais trop l’ancien”, anyways….

This cartoon had a lot of potential….

Foot2Rue season 1-3 is CHARMING and has character F2rx could only DREAM TO HAVE. It feels like they could’ve done so much more with their premise and dropped the ball so fucking hard.. (no pun intended). Even visually, F2R works with 2D and a low frame rate that focuses on key actions and well used loops. It’s visually captivating and translate really nicely the warmth and breeze of Mediterranean towns. Whereas F2rx’s city settings is really bland too, they could’ve pushed the grimy-ness of the abandoned places they play in even further. Maybe even delve in UrbEx territory. It could’ve so much more :C I’m sad about F2rx
