I spent some time rereading my depression blog. I have come so far from when I posted many of those postings. I am stronger than those days. My relapses have been few and far between, and not nearly as substantial/debilitating as they once were. You matter, and I hope your journey continues on a path similar to mine. One where there is no cure to your mental illness, but where there are fewer, and shorter stops along the way
