Angeline is a young dance instructor in her early 20s. She doesn’t have a large social circle, only interacting with students, co-workers, or other dancers that happen to be at the studio, as she doesn’t really go places that often. She claims that she dropped out of school due to sickness and never managed to get back on track with her studies, though she often gives contradicting explanations for that. Her Stand has been part of her life since she injured herself on the sharp edge of a pretty pendant at the age of 17. She didn’t keep that pendant though, as she saw it in an antiques shop.

Stand: Lonely Heart

Abilities: Lonely Heart’s main body is protected by water swirling at a high speed, touching or punch at the water may lead to heavy injuries. Lonely Heart can create rain in a 50 meter radius using that water, or shoot it directly at an opponent, though the latter reduces the protection provided. When hit with enough water an enemy will start feeling paralyzed, and the raindrops will either cause burn like injuries or cuts.

If the enemy is weakened enough Lonely Heart also can wrap them up with her hair and essentially devour them slowly. Angeline doesn’t like using this, as she sometimes feels like her Stand is out of her control when starting that final blow, so she usually keeps the Stand out of range towards the end of a battle.

For the stand swap meet Charlot (Charles) Requiem and his stand Wandering Man.

A mysterious gentleman with a scar of an arrow embedded into his neck. Charlot is quiet and a bit serious with a strong sense of honor. He is a skilled swordsman and strategist, learning to stay hidden and strike quick to make up for his stands offensive shortcomings  

Wandering Man cannot inflict physical damage and instead traps/distracts his target in projected memories, the memories can range from pleasant nostalgia to traumatic depending on what the target’s head has to offer and the effectiveness depends on how close Wandering Man is to the target and how strong the person’s mental fortitude/how engrossed they get with the memory.

The absolute max of his range is 180 meters however it would have to be a open uncrowded area as he has to maintain direct sight with the target and at that distance the hold of his projection would be very weak. 

To a onlooker a person who has been taken by Wandering Man’s projections will be just standing staring off into space as the memory plays before their eyes, shaking or yelling at them will not always work to free them but creating enough of a obstruction between Wandering Man’s sight/path of projection and the target will.
