everyone on replies is terrified of this fact but i just think it's so sweet and heartwarming. she's holding our hand and leading us somewhere secret and we're both giggling like kids. i love her
something that baffles me is how people can say "i'm literally xyz animal" and no one bats an eye but as soon as you slap a label on it everyone is suddenly upset and thinks you're insane
for example, two of my favourite content creators are a giraffe and a sloth. they don't identify as therians or even alterhumans in general (and i'm not gonna sit here and label them as such either), but they say they are those animals. my mother is a pixie and has always told people that she is - she even identifies physically - but she doesn't even know labels for her experience exist. nobody cares in these instances.
but if you say "i'm a wolf therian" then the world starts collapsing and you're carted off to a mental hospital (hyperbole)
A cat is a small creature in the middle of the food chain that is fully aware that you are a very large thing that could stomp its head in at any moment and yet it chooses to rest its tiny little head on your leg for a nap and spreads out on the floor near you exposing its belly and its most sensitive organs. It brings dead mice and bugs to you to share food.
Donât you get it? This tiny thing trusts you. It wants to help you too. It licks your leg thinking that itâs helping. It kneads on you to find comfort. It shares its body warmth with you in the cold and gives you your space in the heat. It hisses at other mammals it sees outside including other cats in an effort to protect its family.
Cats love you so so much. But they will keep trying to eat plastic.
hot take but i think cars should be required to have communication radios just like big semi trucks. we should all be able to talk to each other on the road. not bc this would help in any way but because i want it to sound like a counterstrike lobby every time i drive somewgere
