for this events yakumo, what does the follow up attack effect mean? is it only supposed to add a buff to characters who already do a follow up? or does he do the follow up?

edit: OK actually so using past events logic the new releases using work together as a pair and yeah checking that shows blade has follow ups so yakumo just buffs that I suppose

Gave it another go for fun. Slightly half-assed (meaning don't look too closely, some things don't connect very well, but I was tempted to actually try half way through this lol). It's mostly for aesthetics.

Based more on the human body. I would also like to try a more nonsensical approach (more on the magic side?) but it's a little harder to come up with stuff for that one.

A couple other notes

Basically, core=brain and heart; essence= blood/fuel and nervous system among others.

Core sends essence/signals to the rest of the body and receives them. Essence serves as both the power for all functions but also neural connections between the brain and rest of the body. Inclined to say that essence isn't just contained in those tubes/wires but it's occupying the whole body same as blood but those tubes serve to send some more "focused" essence that has a specific purpose.

This is the type of stuff that makes you remember the skin is a whole organ lol. Aside of physical sensation it also must have sweat glands and have the ability to heal.

If I forgot a majorly important detail again it's because I'm full of hubris and sleep deprived.
