confetti cake with swiss meringue buttercream, was pretty and delicious! Just used boxed cake for this cake but simple syruped the cakes and threw them in the freezer since I wasn’t using them until a week later.
When Bouchon meets Coldstones..this was actually a great combination! I used the Bouchons Bakerys Devils food cake recipe and put some berry berry good ice cream with bananas in the middle, one thing I would do different is use cool whip as icing not buttercream. Buttercream just made the glaze stick and look prettier but no one really ate it.
