You've been in your college library for hours, pouring over your textbook as the worry lines in your brow plow themselves deeper. The words on the page start to blur, and that familiar feeling builds in your stomach. You are, it simpers, never going to be enough. You draw a shaky breath and Denki looks up from his own notes.

"Hey," he says softly, handing you his water bottle. "You forgot yours today, I um, I noticed." You blink at him. "The symptoms of dehydration can feel like a panic attack," he says then looks away. "I mean they do, uh, for me sometimes." You nod, and take a sip of the water, immediately some of your nausea fades, you feel clearer, better.

"Oh," you blink at him and he grins, punching you in the shoulder.

"So what do I get for saving you?" He teases, leaning back in his chair as you guzzle his water. You sniff delicately.

"The pleasure of refilling this for me." You say, and expect an eye roll but he yanks it from you, dropping to one knee.

"I will guard it with my life." He says seriously, as you dissolve into a fit of soft giggles.

Whumpee is forced to drink something. All they know about it, is that it tastes disgusting. “What did you give me?” Whumpee asked, scared. Whumper just smiled, and gently poked them.

It made Whumpee scream, and Whumper just smiled. “That, is what’s going to happen for the next hour, maybe more if I bring more in,” Whumper said. And Whumpee just sat there, panicking.

Someone counted the number of blogs with the word “whump” in them once. I don’t remember the exact number, but there were hundreds.  HUNDREDS.

You are amazing and important and loved.

This community is the best in the world and you are a huge part of it. Remember that the next time you feel down about what you love, or someone tries to tell you you’re weird for liking it. YOU ARE NOT WEIRD and YOU ARE NOT WRONG.
