Post workout snack! Blueberries, babybel light, reduced fat houmous & 5 Melba toasts!
Post workout cinnamon swirl mugcake topped with blueberry sauce and melted peanut butter.

Recipe: - 1 mashed banana - 1 egg - 2 tbsp protein or cacao powder - 1-2 tbsp peanut butter (I used 1.5 tbsp and topped the mugcake with the leftover .5 tbsp)
Mix all ingredients together and then microwave in a mug for 2:20

hey. last time i went to the gym, everything was fine for about a month, i was loosing weight like i wanted to, but eventually i hit a plateau. i wanna start going again, but I'm scared the same thing will happen. do you have any advice on how to stop that from happening? love your blog btw
What’s better:
- Don’t try and never get the body you desire.
- Try, lose weight and find a way to avoid hitting a plateau.
