A little help goes a long way...
My mom helps me out a lot by baking healthy muffins every morning for me so that she knows I am eating a nutritious breakfast every day. If you cut out all the junk food and the sugar-filled drinks, you will be more motivated to do things. Your ability to get more things done will increase as you eat healthier because you will feel more energetic. If you find that you can’t remember to eat in the morning, prepare your breakfast the night before and grab it quick on your way out the door. Breakfast does not have to be a full meal, I just have a healthy muffin and I am set until lunch. If you have a few minutes to stop for a cheeseburger on the way home, surely you have time to prepare healthy lunches. Have a treat every occasionally but try to stay away from the junk food. Your body and your mind will thank you in the end if you continue to eat healthy and treat it right.
