thinking abt that scene of mike biting down on the highlighter cap while working on the briefs in the file room.... just the concept of him having a chewing problem when focused cause supposedly, it helps him think

mike barely realises hes doing any of this, the cap of his pens have indents all around the edge and when hes not holding one, its his nails. like, sure, thats still a bit normal and all and then you turn away for a second and look and suddenly hes bitinf at the end of his tie because apparently, his nails arent enough. harveys seen it occasionally during times where the two of them would work overtime working on a tricky case

one time, harvey called mike over late at night because he had a sudden break through and mike came over in his casual clothes because of the rush. first thing that harvey noticed when mike came in was that the collar of his shirt was a bit frayed and harvey figured that Oh, maybe its just because his shirt is old by the way the colour is wearing out and thinks nothing else of it. an hour or so later, he looks up from his file to ask mike something and just sees his associate straight up Chewing the collar like its nothing. like its normal.

when harvey jokingly adopted the moniker of 'puppy' for his associate, he didnt think he'd be so right about it.

I have a friend who's very easy going, very steady and I feel like Slider would be just like that. A steady rock for his friends to lean on.

I gave him a little f-14 plane friend because the sky felt empty without one.

Also maybe wishful thinking but I wish we could see a little Slider cameo in TG3 ? Just for the fun of it.
