Sam Winchester / Reader ; a drabble in which you discover that Sam is transfem.

Sam would typically groan or have a small fit when you called him Sammy. Lately, though, he’s been responding to it with a sweet chirp and a smile. It’s odd. You don’t think it’s anything with a deeper meaning besides him trying to mess with you—it just feels like there’s something to it that you can’t figure out.
The big guy had been having a particularly rough day. You could see it in his eyes early when he came back to the bunker. He looked pitiful, distressed, lost. You knock on his door that was left slightly ajar. “Sammy?” you whisper softly. You gaze at the man: he’s hunched and shivering. He turns to look at you with glossy eyes, but it’s contrasted by a weak smile. “Yeah?” he chokes out in response. You frown at him before coming to take a seat by his side.
You begin to show him some love; caressing his freshly shaven face, pinching his cheeks, nuzzling his nose. You quietly plead him to tell you what’s wrong. He refuses.
Until you mutter something that makes his eyes go wide and his cheeks flush; “y’know what? I’ve always loved your hair, Sammy. It’s so pretty.” You can hear his breath hitch. Tears prick and trickle down his soft cheeks. “Fuck,” he sighs out, voice trembling immensely. “What is it?” you ask with the most gentle tone you can urge out without crying with him. “You called me pretty. It made me feel like a real girl.”
It snaps in your head. She’s coming out to you. Sam is trans. That’s why she’s been appreciative of you calling her Sammy. That’s why she’s been so tolerant when you want to swatch your makeup on her. It all makes sense. “You are a real girl, Sammy,” you murmur. “The most gorgeous, real girl I’ve ever seen,” you add with a warming smile. Sam’s eyes dart to meet yours. A weak grin crawls onto her tear-sprinkled lips. “No, you’re the most gorgeous girl,” she reflected. You sigh softly, cupping her face in your hands and resting your forehead to hers. The room is silent besides your gentle chuckles and back-and-forth complimenting.

It’s a pretty peaceful day in the bunker which comes once in a blue moon. You aren’t complaining though. The sounds of nature slowly creep up in volume as the sun rises. The morning is kind to you today. All the boys are either asleep or, if they’re awake, quiet enough to let you rest. Eventually, the time comes where you start to become aware of your surroundings. You can’t fight off the mundane tasks that need to be completed given the off track situation you’re in today. You stretch and groan to let the rest of your body wake itself up. You bite the inside of your cheek, almost giving yourself a Charlie horse from how good you stretch your legs. “G’morning, guys,” you rasp out to the men as you continue your regular wake-up. Jack and Castiel are awake, of course. “Good morning,” Castiel returns as he’s looking through some files Dean handed to him. Jack muffles out, what you assume to be, the same thing Castiel just stated. You rub the sleep from your eyes, peer over the couch, and chuckle. Jack has his cheeks stuffed full of sugary cereal like a rodent storing food for later. He gives you a goofy smile that you don’t hesitate to return.
You head to the small bathroom and wash your face as you usually do, taking long breaths after each splash of cold water. You pat your face dry, but hear the sound of foot fall against the wooden floor. You cock your eyebrow and peak out of the bathroom doorway. Nothing. Maybe Sam or Dean is finally awake. You shrug it off and continue to take care of yourself. Not even five minutes later, you hear the same exact sound. Same pace, urgency, everything. Your toothbrush hangs between your clenched teeth as you step out of the bathroom completely to observe your surroundings. “Are one of you trying to screw with me?” you ask suspiciously. Both Castiel and Jack look at you like you’re crazy. “Nevermind,” you groan while shaking your head. You spit out the minty foam and wash it down the drain. It’s been about thirty minutes since you woke up, and the brothers are now awake. They greet you as you make your way from the bathroom to where you keep your clothes. You push through the hangers and attempt to find your favorite sweater considering the cold weather outside. It takes you a while to realize it’s not on the usual hanger that you put it on. In fact, it’s not even on the rack. “Sam! C’mere!” you call to the tall man. He scratches his head and yawns. “What’s up?” he asks with half-lidded eyes. You motion to the top of the closet. “I can’t find my sweater. Can you pretty please get it? I think it’s on that top shelf,” you plead, even fluttering your eyelashes dramatically. You get a sigh and a chuckle out of the large man as he starts to search for it. He hums, squints, and even pokes his tongue out between his lips. He is determined to find that sweater you love so much. “Damn it,” he grunts. That phrases tells you all you need to knowz Sadly, even he can’t find it. “I’ll let you know if I see it, alright?” he tells you with a genuine smile. “Alright,” you drag out in complaint. “Thank you for trying, though!” you chirp to him, making sure his efforts don’t go unnoticed. He nods in acknowledgment as he heads back to the living area. You sigh in disappointment, missing your sweater like it’s your child. You let the situation be for now, and find something else to wear.
Jack was the first to spot you as you emerged from the bathroom after changing. He did his typical greeting where his hand shot up in a stiff wave. “Your outfit looks very nice!” he complimented, cheeks pushed up from his big grin. You chuckle softly and shake your head. “It’s not much. Just a replacement since I couldn’t find my sweater,” you told him, shrugging it off. You look around at the men who are all doing their own things. Dean is on a dating app of some sort, Sam is catching up on a book he’s been trying to read for ages, Castiel is watching TV, and Jack is on the floor in his own world—still staring at you kindly. “If you guys don’t mind,” you say somewhat loudly in attempts to get their attention. All the boys look at you in expectation. “I know today is like an off day, but I’d really appreciate it if one of you could help me try to find my sweater,” you sigh out, gaze awaiting for a volunteer. Jack jumps to his feet with the energy of a shaken soda bottle. You giggle at his reaction to your request, “I take it you wanna help me, Jack?” He nods in agreement, quickly rushing to your bedroom before you can make any protests. You shrug it off, not expecting anything devious. “See you guys in a bit!” you chirp to the others before waving to them.
You finally catch up to Jack who’s been upstairs for a bit now. You get all doe-eyed when you see how quick ues going through everything. “Jack, calm down!” you nervously laugh. He pauses, turning around to face you. He looks like a wild animal hunching over freshly killed prey. He’s sweating and panting, but still giving you that same smile at before. “You asked me to help,” he states. You take a deep breath to calm yourself hefore explaining things. “Yes, I did. That doesn’t mean you have to go rabid in my bedroom. Stand up,” you request to which he quickly follows. He bashfully comes to stand by your side. “Where have you not checked?” you ask with suspicion. He pauses and looks at you proudly. “I already checked every inch of your room, don’t worry!” he states happily. Your cheeks flush slightly as your mind rushes through all the things he could’ve seen that you had hidden in draws, boxes, and whatnot. “If you saw anything weird, never speak of it,” you say while attempting to keep your calm. He quickly nods in understanding. You sit there for a moment, arms crossed against your chest while you think. You gaze at Jack, who’s patiently standing in your peripheral vision.
Dean is too muscular.
Sam is too tall.
Castiel sticks to his trench coat combo.
“Jack,” you start, you tone more gentle than usual. “Yes?” he replies quickly. “Is it okay if we check your room?” you ask, attempting to come up with an excuse under pressure. “I think my sweater might’ve gotten mixed into your laundry,” you explain. He nods compliantly, quickly leading you to his room. You’ve been in there before, but never really searched. You look around at the collections of trinkets, crafts, drawings, and other fun things that represent Jack’s gentle persona. A soft smile creeps onto your lips as he stands by your side. You silently begin to search the nephilim’s room, looking inside of every drawer, under every piece of furniture, behind boxes of things. Jack blurts out of nowhere, “I have to take care of something!” You jerk yourself out of your focused state, but by the time you do, he’s already out of the room. You sigh and roll your eyes before continuing your search once more.
The minutes fly by, and you eventually give up. You’ve been trying to find your sweater for almost two hours now. There doesn’t seem to be any hope of finding it soon. You’re sat on the couch between the two angels—Sam and Dean are out getting food. You feel so relaxed when spending time with the non-humans. They’re so quiet and calm, never freaking out over little things. You feel odd, suddenly. Maybe a little too calm. Jack has his head rested on your shoulder, Castiel has his hand on top of your own. You’re quickly lulled to sleep.
It’s dark outside when you wake up. The sun is barely peaking over the horizon. You rub your head and try to recollect your thoughts of what happened. How are you in your bed? What happened to your jacket? Your rings? You slightly panic, expecting that the items you’re worried about ended up in the same place as your sweater. You really feel like you should tell Dean and Sam, but your gut tells you Jack might have something to do with this. He can knock people out. He seemed so anxious earlier when you needed to search his room for your sweater. You drag yourself out of bed, slug across the hallway as quietly as you can, and quickly open the door to Jack’s room. Lo and behold he’s got all your things. He’s using your jacket as a pillowcase, swaddled in your sweater, and your missing jewelry is placed neatly in a row on his bedside table. You know nephilims don’t need sleep, but that boy was sound asleep. He looked so precious wearing your things. It tugged at your heart—the way he was adorned by your things. Even if he stole them, you were torn between confronting him and seeing him so peaceful. You sigh softly, standing in his doorway to continue admiring him. He tosses and turns a bit, eventually laying to fave you. You smile when you notice the slight grin on his lips. God, he is just precious.
You jolt as soon as he does. He squeaks out your name while giving you a wide-eyed look. It’s below him to lie, so he proceeds to tell the truth. “I didn’t expect you to catch me! I’m sorry. You can have your things back. I’ll ask next time. I just needed them for now,” he explains quickly. You give yourself a moment to process everything before snickering. “Jack. You don’t need to be sorry. It’s cute seeing you all bundled up in my clothes,” you tell him. He gives you a toothy smile, eyes scrunching at the corners. “So I can keep your things?” he asks hopefully. You stand there and think on it for a moment. “We could make a deal,” you tell him. He’s all ears.
The next morning, Sam and Dean see the two of you cuddled up on the couch. You’ve got Jack’s coat messily draped on your shoulders, and Jack’s got the replacement sweater you wore on. The nephilim also has you wrapped in his arms like a human-sized stuffed animal, face pressed against your shoulder blade, knees tucked behind yours.
The two of you would never confess your love for each other, though.

Author’s Note: Did I use this request as an excuse to read Laura comics for “research?” Yeah, I did. Because of that, this is going to be based off of Laura from the 2010-2012 run of X-23 by Liu, Takeda, and Schaefer. Also, a lot of this is just banter between Laura and Reader! The other half is the actual movie night.
Contents: Possibly OOC Laura, Fem!Reader, Reader uses she/her pronouns, lots of cuddling and comforting, you have two cats (Lilo and Lulu), SLIGHTLY beta read, as much fluff as I could get in!
You’ve been bored all day. It’s a Friday evening—you finished any work you had, cleaned up the apartment with Laura, fed the cats. Everything is done. You now sat on the left side of the couch with one of your cats, Lilo, on your lap and the other, Lulu, in Laura’s lap. The felines purred contently in your laps as you pet them. Laura concentrated heavily on Lulu. You couldn’t help but smile at your lover. You adored how intently she could focus on certain things. Her fingers carefully ran across Lulu’s back. Her eyes went wide as the cat’s fur ruffled near the base of its tail. You chuckled softly at Laura’s reaction. She turned to you with furrowed eyebrows. “What did I do?” she asked obliviously. You shook your head while cupping a hand over your mouth. “Nothing. It’s nothing,” you insisted. Laura squinted at you suspiciously. “There was obviously something I did that happened to be so entertaining that it got you to laugh,” she said in a matter-of-fact tone. You chuckled at how serious she sounded. You were genuinely trying your hardest to stifle your laughter but ultimately failed. Through gasps and struggling breaths, you explained what had you cracking up. Lilo hopped out of your lap, startled by the way your body almost vibrated. “You were just so amazed by Lulu. I couldn’t get over it. You’re just so,” you paused in attempts to find the words. “You’re so damn cute!” you squealed. Laura huffed and rolled her eyes. She absentmindedly pet the cat in her lap as a small smile formed on her lips. “I take it you like it when I’m intrigued by something,” she commented. You let out a deep exhale as you finally settled down. You nodded in agreement. “I like it when you’re doing anything,” you emphasized. You moved closer to her so your thighs touched. Laura gently took her hand to your thigh and scratched up and down in with her left hand. You both began to pet Lulu before she stretched and gracefully went to go find Lilo.
“Do the cats not enjoy being with us?” Laura asked. You shrugged in response before letting your head rest on the woman’s shoulder. “Maybe they don’t like it when I’m loud,” you murmured. Laura scrunched up her nose. “That would be their loss. You have a beautiful voice,” she complimented. Your eyes widened a bit in amusement as you felt your cheeks get warm. “Your voice is pretty, too,” you told her in return. “Thank you,” she whispered as she turned to kiss the crown of your head. You released a soft sound of enjoyment that caught your girlfriend’s attention. “Did you like that?” she asked with a tone of amusement. You hummed in thought. “I dunno. You might have to do it again to find out,” you teased. Laura smiled at you lovingly. “It would be my pleasure.” A stray hair was carefully moved from your forehead before she carefully planted another kiss. She brought her hand to your cheek and rubbed it with her thumb. “Do you know now, darling?” she cooed curiously. Your mind broke at the pet name. You enthusiastically nodded before shyly nuzzling into her shoulder. “Mhm,” you hummed. “I want more,” you requested. Laura chuckled softly at your words. She took her fingers and tilted your chin. “It would be hard to kiss you if I couldn’t see your face. Don’t you agree?” she mused with raised eyebrows. You simply pouted in response before she pulled you closer. She wrapped an arm around your waist so she could run her fingers up and down your back. “Do not pout. I just want to show my love for you,” she hummed. You let out a defeated sigh, pulling yourself away from her shoulder. “Much better,” Laura cooed as she began to kiss your forehead gently. Between each kiss, she’d make sure to ask for your permission. She was so gentle with you. So caring. She did everything in her power to make sure you knew how much she needed and loved you. It sure as hell showed with little moments like these.
After your little kissing session, you proposed a movie night with Laura. There wasn’t anything else to get done around the house, nor out of it. She agreed with an excited smile. “Yes! I love to learn more about what you like,” she mused happily. She suddenly laced her fingers with yours in a flash. You gave her a confused look. “Come. I want to watch our movie in bed. We can cuddle that way,” she explained. You grinned ear to ear at her idea. She had learned the ways people showed affection to each other—specifically the way you showed affection to her. You got to your feet before your girlfriend took you to your shared bedroom with haste. You two were already in your pajamas considering you had finished your housework and showered. Laura grabbed your throw-blankets and handed to them. “Get cozy and put the movie on. I have to go make us a snack,” she told you before gently kissing your cheek. The second she left, you brought a pillow to your face and squealed in it. You couldn’t help it. Your girlfriend was an absolute sweetheart. She was so devoted and loving to you as you were to her. It felt amazing to finally be loved as strongly as you love. You grabbed the remote from the bedside table and turned the TV on. You chose one of streaming platforms you and Laura had before choosing one of your favorite movies. You let out a content sigh while waiting for the other woman to return. You practically jumped when you heard her bump her foot against the door. She called your name with a slightly frantic voice. “I need help with the door, darling. My hands are too full to grab the handle,” she told you. You were quick to your feet before she muttered a ‘nevermind’ through the wood. You sat back down and faintly heard the sound of her claws coming out. She used them to grab the handle and turn it while still holding the large bowl of popcorn she had. She smiled pridefully, chin tilted up and all, as she stepped into the room. “That’s actually really impressive,” you mused with a chuckle. Laura nodded. “Thank you! I thought of it all myself,” she hummed. The two of you shared a sweet laugh before she came to sit on the bed with you. You held the bowl in your lap as she got under the blankets with you. You were both smiling like complete idiots right now. Just each other’s presences was enough to get you giddy. The woman cuddled against you. She squeezed, kissed, and nuzzled you like a loving pet would. You started the movie as she continued. The introduction music caught her attention. Her eyes went wide in the same way they did that put you in a trance of admiration. You sighed softly. Laura absentmindedly scratched and patted her thigh—a sign for you to lay down. You slowly rested your head against her thighs. She repositioned the blanket so you could still see the TV screen, but be covered. She slipped a hand under the blanket and intertwined her fingers with yours. You squeezed her hand and murmured a softly assurance of your love for her. She squeezed your hand back and gently scratched at your scalp. This was the perfect way to end your Friday evening.
Author’s Note: As a fellow southerner, I thought this was a super cute request! I had a hard time thinking about what exactly to write here, but I got it under control. I know this request is old anon, but it really got buried under the others. I hope you find this fic and enjoy it!

I . ACCENTS
Accents are great. They’re amazing. To you and Remy, at least. The rest of the team can find themselves groaning and complaining when it seems like you and Remy are babbling to each other in a language no one but the two of you can comprehend. Don’t get them started on how your accent gets thicker when you’re scolding or yelling. Remy loves it. He just listens to you spit every word, every slang, all of it. The team will ask what you’re saying, and Remy tells them that if they were meant to hear it, you’d make a better effort to talk in a comprehensible manner. Sometimes the opposite happens. Remy will get absolutely pumped and start to ramble in that sweet Cajun accent. Translations? No time. You’re too busy enthusiastically hyping him up.
II . TEAM UP
You and Remy came up with a fun little team up tactic. Your mutation allows you to hold on to and throw back powers that are thrown at you. One day Remy wanted to play around with this. He charged up a card, and called out to you. “Aye, cher! Catch!” You quickly turned and caught the card. You felt the flaming energy build up in your palms that cupped around it. You winced and dropped it on the floor before looking at Remy and smiling. He returned a knowing smirk, and that led to your next battle being an excited one. The other mutants watched in awe as you caught a card, held on to it tightly, and flicked it towards one of the mechanical henchmen you were going against. Remy whooped excitedly, cheering you on as the card had sliced through the robot like butter, even going a few feet into the ground under the metal thing.
III . COUNTY FAIR
What kind of “x southern!reader” headcanon list would this be without the mention of county fairs??? Since the two of you got close, you’d go to every county fair within a five hour drive. On your calendar, you’ve got the dates of every single fair marked down. The fairs are such a relaxing, calmly intimate experience for you guys. Holding hands, screaming on the rides, petting all the animals—it’s all so great. For the hours you spend there, the fact of some people being discriminating towards mutants just leaves completely. The fair is a place to have fun! That’s exactly what it is. Sometimes the two of you have a little *too much* fun. This means coming back to the mansion with funnel cakes, handmade crafts, and a ton of stuffed animals to share with everyone.

CONTENT WARNINGS: Kurt gets a little frustrated but nothing too serious, Fluffy Kurt, Pet Names, One of the bamfs bite Kurt.
You click your tongue as a few of the little bamfs crawled and hopped around the living room floor. Kurt sat next to you with an arm around your shoulder. He taps his fingers impatiently on the area between your shoulder and collarbone. “I’d like it if we could watch our little movie now, darling,” he says in a slight growl. A little frown forms on your lips. “I know, Kurt. Just give me a second! I want a few of the bamfs to cuddle with,” you tell him. The second the bamfs hear you say “cuddle,” four of them immediately came to crawl up onto you. Some of them use your pajama pants like a cat tree. Their little claws nick the cloth while they chitter and babble. The others teleport onto you. One lied on each of your shoulders and the other two lied in your lap. Kurt rolled his eyes in annoyance. His bottom lip subconsciously pushes out in a pout. The way his eyes glow like a warm lantern didn’t hide his expression at all. You chuckle when you notice it. “Are you jealous by any chance?” you ask. Kurt looks at you and sighs. “No. Not jealous. I simply like to have you all to myself,” he shrugs. Definitely jealous. Your eyebrows go up in amusement and you slowly shake your head. You start the movie and settle against your fuzzy, blue boyfriend.
About fifteen minutes in, a few of the bamfs start pawing at your socks. They chitter and chirp at you. You’re too zoned in on the movie to notice. Kurt attempts to nudge them away with his foot. One of them hisses at him aggressively. He mutters some profanity under his breath. He tries to lovingly squeeze your shoulder, but the bamf laying on it bit him. The mutant sucked in air from behind his teeth. “One of your ‘babies’ has just bitten me,” he told you, his tail flicking against your leg. “Huh?” you said thoughtlessly. “One of the bamfs bit me,” he told you once more. You let out a little gasp as Kurt shows you the bite mark on his hand. “Ah, Kurt. I’m sorry,” you coo to him. You carefully take all four of the bamfs off of you and sigh when you stand up. “Let’s go clean that up,” you say to him. He smiles as you lead him to the bathroom. He can finally be alone with you! He hates to seem so possessive over you, but it gets to a point where having all those mini versions of him begin to annoy him. Espically when they get all of your love and affection instead of him. Kurt stands behind you in the bathroom as you search through the cabinets. You grab some disinfectant and bandages to keep the bite from getting all nasty. He wraps his arms around your waist, resting his head in the crook of your neck. You giggle softly and turn to kiss his cheek. “You are all over me,” you sigh. “Just like your little bamfs,” he chirps at you. His tail wraps around your thigh. “My little bamfs?” you question. He nods against your neck. “They’re always on you and never on me. They hate me like teenagers seemingly hate their parents.” he quips. You shrug in agreement. He’s right. “Not to ignore your complaint, but we need to take care of your little wound,” you tell him. He lifts his harmed hand from off your waist and looks at it. “Mmh. I suppose so,” he hums.
As you finish dressing his wound, the sound of the bamfs’ little paws padding along the hard floor outside of the bathroom. They chirp, Kurt groans. In a split second, several of them are in the bathroom with you and Kurt. “Is there any way you could get them to leave?” he asks pitifully. You look at him, biting back your bottom lip. “I don’t know. I mean, I can try,” you drag out without an ounce of confidence in your tone. You turn to the bamfs and there they sit. They’re lined up together like lovebirds on a branch. Their big, yellow eyes begging you to pet them, to let them stay. You put your hands on your hips like an authority figure. And…
You just can’t! You can’t bring yourself to tell them to leave! They’re too cute. You start to awe over them, getting down and petting each of them. “I’m sorry, my little ones! I wasn’t trying to scare you. I promise I still love you,” you say in a high-pitched voice. Kurt groans into his hands. He can’t blame you, though. He knows how much you love the bamfs. You turn around at the sound of his annoyance. “Sorry,” you mouth with a guilty expression in your face. He rubs his hands together before dragging them down his face. “Could we go to bed now, darling? I’m getting tired,” he asks. His eyes spoke to you. He truly wanted to be alone with you. It seemed like an impossible concept, but you’d do anything to see Kurt calm for once in a while. You walk over to him, the bamfs following behind you like ducklings would follow their mother. “Of course we can,” you whisper. Your hands rest against the fluff of his face as you kiss his forehead. His tail flicks and he chitters softly.
You two get to your shared bedroom, the bamfs still following you around. You carefully pluck them off of your body before placing them outside of the door. “If you guys stay out, I’ll give you some treats, okay?” you offer in a loving, soft tone. They chitter and nod before scurrying away. Kurt is sitting on the bed, waiting for you with wide eyes. You chuckle at the goofy sight and cock an eyebrow curiously. “I don’t have a single clue how you managed that,” he whispered. You stood silent for a moment before shrugging. You make your way over while Kurt lifts the blanket for you. You smile gently and rubbed your face against his chest. “Finally alone,” he hummed happily. You ran your hands through the fur on his back. Your fingers trailed down to the spot where his tail connected to his spine and scratched it. His body tensed slightly before relaxing, his tail wrapping around your forearm. “That’s nice,” he tells you before kissing your forehead. You let out a huff of air into his fur. Kurt wraps his arms around you to hold you closer. After a while of cuddling, kissing, and petting, you and Kurt are left alone with the soft hum of the ceiling fan and each other’s breathing.

The TV played in front of you and Peter. The crowd began to count down with the large timer on the shiny building. Quill smiled, admiring how you got all wide-eyed while looking at the screen as if you were really there and standing in the large, noisy crowd. He reached his hands down to intertwine his fingers with yours. You slipped your fingers with his slowly before meeting his eyes. You both gave each other that goofy, loving grin before counting down together. Your fingers squeezed each other’s hands tighter by the second before the count down reached one. “Happy new year, baby,” Quill whispered to you sweetly. You murmured it back kindly before Peter’s hands took to your cheeks. Your breath quickly picked up when he did so, your eyes flickering back and forth between the TV screen and his hazel eyes. You settled down and kissed his lips gently and he quickly returned the gesture. He sighed softly once you pulled back. One of his hands slid down to the small of your back and the other held the back of your head. “I need to get some more kisses in,” he murmured as he nuzzled against your neck. Your hands reached behind him as you gasped, your fingers grabbing at his shirt. “First make out session of the year?” you asked with a chuckle. Quill nodded against the flesh of your neck before he began to gently nip at your throat. You tossed your head back from the sensation and to give him more access to your neck. Your breath got heavier causing Peter to chuckle. “Ain’t that a pretty sound?” he crooned as he led you to the couch. You used one hand to stabilize and sit yourself down on one of the cushions. Peter’s name came out as a broken stammer as he bit at your throat once more. “It’s okay, honey. Breathe for me. Just breathe,” he guided softly. You nodded your head and let yourself sink into the cushions. He smiled against your skin before letting out a heavy sigh. He moved himself and you so he was hovering over you. “Yeah, there. Good job. Good fuckin’ job,” he praised quietly. He grabbed your wrists gently and led your hands to his curls. You took it as an invitation to tangle your fingers into his locks. He moved down, almost laying down on you. Quill grinned down at you and you returned the look. “Takin’ forever, Quill,” you teased. He gave you a challenging look before beginning to kiss your lips. Patterns of grunts, moans, and hitched breaths came from the two of you. His teeth caught at your bottom lip and held it there. “Want in,” he growled. He released your lip before you quickly took his request. Your lips parted for him, your fingers tightening in his hair to prepare yourself. His tongue went straight for yours. You whined, Peter huffed. One hand moved to your cheek to gently caress it while the other held him up. You tasted him as he did the same, taking you in generously. He groaned into your mouth. Your hands traveled down to the hem of his shirt and went under. Your hands ran along his firm stomach. He began to get greedy. His hand that was on your cheek moved to your neck. Your breath hitched and Peter pulled back. A long string of saliva connected your lips. Both you and him were breathing as if there was barely an air left on Earth. Your eyes looked glossy and he was quick to note it. “Breathe, baby. I’m not gonna choke you. I just need you closer,” he crooned. His thumb ran to the center of your throat, to your chin, then back down. A minute or two passed before you quickly slipped your hands to the small of his back. You pushed down to wordlessly signal your need for Quill. “Alright! Calm down. Patience is a virtue, baby,” he chuckled. You rolled your eyes before kissing his lips. You opened your mouth, immediately wanting to get back where you left off. He released a groan into your mouth, a murmured “fuck,” following it. Your tongue slipped past his lips and you were practically devouring him inside his mouth. His body shivered as he finally reacted. More. You both just needed more. That’s what you gave each other.

Dating Mantis Quill would include…
Touch! So much touch. Not just because of Mantis’ powers, but because she genuinely loves having you. She likes to know that you’re real and not some weird shape-shifting monster that could hurt her. She likes to awe over every aspect of you. Your skin, your hair, your eyes; she loves it all! She’ll ramble while pointing our your differences. “You don’t have my antennas, but you’ve got such pretty rings of colors around your eyes!” Things as simple as that.
Always knowing what’s up. Even though you love her to death, there’s people who you feel the complete opposite towards. If you come home and had a nasty interaction with someone, Mantis will immediately notice. She won’t have to touch you either, she’s learned your indicators. If you’re the type to talk it out, she’ll hold your hand to get the best understanding of what happened. If you’d rather not talk about it, she’ll hold you tightly until you feel better. Mantis is extremely kind towards you and will do anything to make you smile. She likes your “odd human smile.”
Giggling! Sometimes Mantis will laugh at you, or you’ll laugh at her. Either way it’s never with ill intent. She might ask you a question that’s worded so confusingly you can’t help but chuckle. You might do something simple like sneeze and Mantis will snicker at how loud you are. You two always end up smiling at each other. Most of the time your giggle fits end up in tears and trying to catch your breath.
Curiosity and so much of it. Both of you always want to ask each other what life was like in the galaxies or on Earth. The culture shocks always get a gasp out of the two of you. “You guys do what? How do you remember all of those holidays, that’s so many?” “I don’t know. We’ve got calendars and phones and other people to remind us!” Some of these questions will be about how machines work, foods, languages, all of that good stuff. Just for fun, Mantis will teach you her favorite sayings in her native language! If your first language isn’t English, you’ll share a similar saying/expression with her.
Having a pet. Both of you agreed having a little furry friend would be fun. You decided to let Mantis choose what fluffy companion you’d have. She chose a very large, intimidating, and soft dog. She said it was because it reminded her of a not bald version of Drax which got a laugh from you. It was a mutual agreement to name him Drax Junior. He sleeps in bed with the two of you, goes where you go, and never leaves your sides. If it’s the midst of summer and too hot for Drax Junior to go out, Mantis insists on staying home with him to keep him calm.
Meditating and learning about martial arts. If you’re physically able, Mantis is completely willing to teach you martial arts. She believes it’s an amazing skill to know. If you can’t for one reason or another, she’ll teach you how to meditate and do it extremely well. At first she’ll aid you by holding your hand to help you feel relaxed and slow your breathing. Eventually she’ll have less and less of an effect on you until you can meditate as well as her without her help. Once you do, she’ll praise you endlessly for it. She loves sharing her favorite activities with you!

This is a fun one! I think Kurt would try his best to use his mutation often for his little’s entertainment. He likes to play a guessing game with you where he holds you to his chest and teleports you somewhere random in the house. Then, using some clues, you guess where you’re at! Once you get it right, he teleports you somewhere else. Sometimes he might take you the same area twice in a row just to mess with you! It’s all with good intent, though.
“Okay, little one. Guess where Papa took you this time,” he coos as he pets the back of your head. Under your socked feet, the floor feels soft. You can feel the warmth from the sun coming from what you assume is a window. Static can be heard ever so slightly in the room. You hum as Kurt sways you gently in his arms. “You can do it, tiny. You got it last time,” he encouraged sweetly. You felt yourself getting lost in the sound of his soothing heartbeat. “Mh,” you huff in thought. “Th’ living room?” you ask in hopes that you were right. “Take a look, friend! Find out yourself,” he chuckles. He turns you around and you guessed it right! You giggle and squeak with excitement and Kurt kisses your forehead gently. “Another! I wan’ play another!” you exclaim while smiling at him. He could never deny you another round of the guessing game.

As previously mentioned in my Kurt Headcanon post, I am a believer of Kurt being a fluffy fella. Surprisingly, having hair all over your body, and having a little to take care of and keep busy mix well. Kurt loves to let you pamper him. It keeps you entertained and him relaxed. Additionally, it’s a great activity for when you’re feeling overstimulated and/or have gone non verbal as you don’t have to communicate with him when pampering him.
“Hello, tiny. Papa’s here for his salon appointment,” Kurt calls to you as he emerges from the hallway closet to you in the living room. You set down your crayons and reach your arms up. Soft pouts come from you as you grab the air, trying to get the box. Kurt laughs softly and places it on the floor next to you. You clap your hands excitedly as your care giver removes his jacket. He’s wearing shorts and a tank top, so you cane decorate pretty much all of him. You grab a brush and gently comb through the blue fur. Kurt purrs and hums gently while relishing in your kind touch. He puts some of your favorite music on for the two of you to listen to. “That feels very nice. You’re very gentle, little one,” he praises. You smile and continue. Then you look into the box and decide that today Kurt will be decorate with baby blue accessories. You start with one bow in his hair and continue. You end up circling around him to get every bit you can. As the final touch, you try your best to put a pretty bow on his tail. He notices you finish and immediately goes to the bathroom to look at himself. “Oh, wow, tiny! You outdid yourself! Papa looks so pretty,” he coos. You giggle and nod in agreement.

Jake opened the door to your room, calling your name in a sing-song voice. He had on his usual cabby attire paired with a soft smile. He held up his keys and jingled them. The clink that echoed in your bedroom caught your attention. Your eyes widened with excitement. A huge grin came to your face before Jake spoke. “You ready to go?” he asked you, cocking an eyebrow. You nodded your head enthusiastically. “Alright! That’s what I’m talking about,” he praised.
He grabbed your hand securely and walked you out to his taxi. “Wanna sit up front with your papito or in the back?” he offered up. You gave the obvious response of wanting to sit with him. He chuckled softly and led you to the passenger side of the car. He helped you into the seat and buckled you in. “Gotta keep mi sol safe,” he said before kissing your forehead. Shortly after he entered on the driver’s side. He handed the keys while raising his eyesbrows. He motioned to the area near the dash where the keys went. “Go on, try it,” he offered. You squinted in focus as you put the key into the hole. Jake gently grabbed your hand and helped you turn it. You giggled softly when the engine started up. “Let’s get goin,” he exclaimed.
After a long night of taking people where they needed to go around the city, Jake had parked the taxi in the parking lot of your favorite resturant. The two of you are devouring your delicious meals. Jake wipes some crumbs from his mustaches and looks at your with admiration. You return the look with a toothy smile before reaching for his hat. He pointed to his hat and cocked an eyebrow. “You want my hat, mi sol? Here you go!” he said sweetly as he took it off and placed it on your head. You clapped and squealed happily. The rest of the meal consisted of you pretending to be Jake, attempting to copy his driving, and babbling about how you wanted to be a taxi driver like him. He sighed softly and gave your thigh a gentle pat. “I know you’d make an amazing driver. You’ll be just like your papito; traveling the city every night and making people happy,” he cooed to you. He pinched your cheek loving before starting up the car again. “Let’s get you home and we can stay up a little later than usual to watch cartoons,” he chuckled as he put the car into drive.
