Tried my hand at making Sentinel's sword from her tarot garment in Bladesong. The embellishments near the guard are beyond my ability to reproduce (and why are they different between the splash and the L2D???) so I settled for a creative reinterpretation. I'm pretty pleased with the result.

And now—Marsha understood that the clouds were not meant to be stained with blood. She did not desire a stage to prove her merits, only a refuge she could borrow for a time, where obligations of duty and responsibility and expectation could not reach her.

Marsha yearns to know the sky. She doesn’t realize that Marianne yearns, too.

The equivalent of a shower thought led to me trying to hammer together an exploration of a timeline where Sentinel joined the Manus.

However even that's no match for the power of Sentimarsha!

Unfortunately this is not a slowburn Enemies to Lovers (I write slow and I burn out easily) but something smolders here in the text, I hope.

Got mildly jumpscared by AO3 mention on a youtube video

I'm tickled because this person was definitely, specifically looking at the Marsha/Sentinel tag (they go on a small positive rant about it later in the vid) but also -- that is my name and fic on there lmao

Came to the realization that in my fics, I'm three for three in having Sentinel or Marsha on top of each other for one reason or another, and none of them smutty.

I blame that beautifully rendered CG of Sentinel stabbing the hell out of Marsha. Apparently the image invaded my subconscious mind. And I mean, what an origin story for a ship.

Time will tell if I manage to break this streak.

At least Sentinel's not being hunted down in this one. But again, time will tell.

Starting this game a year ago was one of the best video game decisions I've ever made. Love the kinds of stories and characters the dev team have dedicated themselves to making, and the gorgeous art style stuns me to this day. It's legitimately amazing that I still feel like I'm in a honeymoon phase with Reverse.
